[Resolved]  Vodafone — Payment issue

This is regarding my Vodaphone mobile bill payment for month of Nov' 09. I made the payments for both of my no# : [protected]/15 on 1st Dec' 09 at one of the Vodaphone stores at Mahipalpur Crossing, new Delhi through my Debit Card.

After that i kept getting calls from drifferent departments of vodaphone ( cust care/Collections) for non payments of the same. I informed them i have already made the payments and also provided them the Store address and the TID No# to track the same. I have the Ticket no# where i had loged the complaint to vodaphone cust care and also have the Payment charge slip as a proof.

Even after providing all this info, i still get calls from the colloections departments fr the non-payment of the bill.

Please help as how to proceed further.

Payment Issue

I am sick and tired of payments maintained by Vodafone.

I am using CUG connection in name of Sri Shyam International.
I have paid on 10th of october from syndicate bank, cheque no 566877 dated 10/10/10 of rs 2775.73 drawn on syndicate bank, alipore road. The same has been cleared from my bank accounton 13/10/2010.
The payment is for the following connections -:
[protected] - 427.42
43 - 369.51
44- 366.31
45- 285.13
46- 252.26
[protected]- 456.76
[protected]- 618.34

i[censored] add up all the bills I am sure all the calculators in this world will give u the above total of the cheque issued to you.

If a single cheque is issued how it is possible that you receive the payment of all the numbers except [protected].


From last 10 days atleast 5-8 different people have called up regarding non payment and every time i had to give them the indivisual details.
This is getting painful, I think i need to cancel all my connections and opt for some other service provider.

i am used it last one year but i am very happy this number and this service provider but last two months i am very suffred from this Vodafon company last payment i giving RS 560 dated 8/02/2012 and i paid at vodafone mini store ar galaxy avnue K.B. Communication but till date is not paid under my number many times i go their ( Vodafone mini store) but i am not satisfied they answer and result is not done, till date not credited amount in my number so pls help in this case
and this payment do in my hdfc debit card that guys swiping amont rs 560 and bill payment receipt given rs 460 and transaction id is GJ[protected] so pls this type of fraud doing with me . so pls take action .i hope give me reply positively
