Below was last email, i had sent after a 5 years of long relationship with "Orange" now it is vodafone, as Vodafone associate me with a vodafone number which i dont know they said you had started this number in 2007(Friend and family scheme) and not paid the bill, But the irony is i was never in friend and family scheme. They harassed me and barred my incoming outgoing without investigating on the issue later they said you are associated with that number but bill has been paid. GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY WANTED TO SAY!!! Result: Switched to new serivice provider.Never go for vodafone i came to know after 5 years!!! As the information provided by you is vague and completely irrelevant. Here is the snapshot: 1. 3rd December 2009, my Vodafone services were disconnected without any prior notice to the customer. 2. 4th of December 2009 I have visited Kharghar Vodafone center asking the reason of this disconnection, I have been told that I have not paid the bill of Vodafone no. ([protected]) that is the reason we have disconnected your services. This was really disgusting and was baseless to associate some unknown no. with me, as I have never taken any friend and family number. Also I have never received any bill or any intimation/verification of this number ([protected]). Question here is how can you associate somebody’s number with me. 3. 5th of December as I was not heard anything from Vodafone I have sent an email to Vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and explained the whole scenario. 4. Again Not received any response from Vodafone, On 8th of December I personally called to the Nodal officer of Vodafone (Mumbai) and explained the whole story I haven told we will send you the reply very soon. 5. On 9th of December finally I got the reply from Vodafone stating that you have not paid your outstanding i.e. (Rs.3500) against the number ([protected]). Also Vodafone explicitly mentioned that there is no amount due on Vodafone no. [protected]. 6. On 10th December I called again the Nodal officer and they were completely unexplainable to the situation and stood helpless. Also they asked me to pay the outstanding of Rs. 3500; also there was no comment on the no.[protected]. It is more than a week now and I am still without Vodafone services, it not only hampered my official work but also severly hindered by personal things. At last I am attaching the previous month bills (i.e. of Aug2009 and Sept2009) where it is clearly mentioned that there is no outstanding or previous dues and also the amount I have paid. Herby I declare the formal disconnection of this number and also the relationship which I had with the Vodafone since 5 long years. I am in a process of putting this complaint to (TRAI) telecom Regulatory Authority of India. i am vodafone customer. my number [protected], i am activated neela thamara [ anuraga not ]filim songs... but no settings songs my number ., only a company tone only ...45 Rs debit my accound... what is your reason?pls explain...
