[Resolved] Vodafone — Pre-call Announcement activated on my mobile but not able to de-activate
I was charged with some charges in my bill which were not supposed to be charged and for which I also got the credit in the next bill.
I was charged with these charged in my Nov'09 month bill, I paid my usage charges and by approaching the customer care I was able to convince the executives that the charges should be reversed. My bill generates on 3rd of every month, but unfortunately the credit was passed to me on 4th Dec, and I was not able to get the credit in my Dec'09 month bill...and started the nightmare...a pre-call announcement of due amount was activated on my mobile.
Against this I visited the vodafone store at Dwarka, Delhi several times and every time they forwarded mails to concerned and assured me that my request would be on prority and the announcement would be de-activated in next 2 hours but it was never done. I was to hear that announcement for one whole month due to Vodafone billing & credit deparment. Somehow I managed to accept this and waited for my next bill on 3rd Jan. My next bill of Jan was pretty ok and I was able to see my credit in the bill. I paid the total amount in due and called the customer care to de-activate the announcement by then but again the same story is going on, I am always being promised for deactivation in 2 hours but those 2 hours never end and still the announcement is Activate on my mobile. I am very fed-up with vodafone services and their customer complaints handling process. I don't understand what should I do other than changing my number.
