Which I got converted in prepaid on 11th of MARCH 2009 against which security deposit was of RS.250/- which I was supposed to get after 45 days, now since more than 60 days have passed I have not received the same, on contacting customer care they say to visit Vodafone Store, after visiting Vodafone Store THEY told me that your request send again & after 45 days you will receive a chaque surely. but again after 45 days i days i have not receive chaque. today 20 sep 2014 i went again vodafone store & said my problem. now they said your secuity adjust in vodafone bill. but i also clear my pending bill. there i met from amit kumar. he gave me every time unsatisfy answer.THEY ARE SERIOUSLY MAKING THE PERSON MAD, SOME ONE SAYS YOUR CHEQUE IS RETURNED DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE AT THE TIME OF SENDING BILLS, THEY COME ON TIME. & there executives have no sense of way of talking & how to talk with customers & how to resolve thier problems in vodafone store.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Else I take any further actions.

I was holding a mobile number [protected], on which i made a refundable security deposit in lieu of getting international roaming services. I discontinued their services in June'08 and requested to remit the amount back to me, for which they have also agreed. Still i am yet to receive the amount. Please help !!!

Dont deposit the security amounts to mobile service providers they never return back at time of surrendering the number.

i got my postpaid number converted to prepaid on 5th december,2009, and told that my security deposit will be refunded through cheque with in 45 days, but till nowe I.E. 10 feb 2010 more than 60 days i have not received any cheque. And when i contact the vodafone stores & Customer care thay misguide And provide wrong informattion and dont take any action........please suggest what to do...

Vodafone — Non refund of dues

I had surrender my vodafone postpaid number [protected] six months ago. But the refund of rs. 500 has not given to me. Please look into the matter urgently and help me in refunding my money.

Having communicated with various people at Vodafone Care who have miserably failed to resolve my problem, I am writing to you as well as the consumer complaints forum due to their inability to issue the refund of security deposit of my number [protected].

I had applied for the refund in May'10 no matter what your records indicate. It was mismanagement on behalf of your Vasant Vihar store that they failed to register the request for the same even though I had asked them to.

Furthermore the cheque was not delivered within the stipulated 45 days from the date your records show the request was registered.

In the last communication from Vodafone, I was told that the cheque was dispatched on the 11th of September. Today is the 22nd of September and I don't think that any company takes more than that time to deliver a letter.

I am very angry and upset at service handed to me by vodafone india and have suffered a lot of mental anguish regarding the same.

I will from now on openly discourage people from using Vodafone based on my experience and will migrate to a competitor as soon as number portability is allowed..

My phone no is [protected]. i have activated my International roaming approx 6 months back by depositing 3000/-, recently i have deactivated it and requested for refund for that its been told to me that amount will be adjusted to my future bills and cannot be refunded.

When i escalated to nodal officer i received a call asking for the credit card payment statement in which transaction is reflecting and a statement confirming payment made to bank. Some how i have managed to send the 6 months back statement screen shot to which they said it does not serve the purpose and they cannot refund the money back to me.

When i enquired for what purpose you require these statement the person does not have any answer except these are part of procedure.

Its been now approx 2-3 week so far i have not received any response from these people. Request you to look into this and do the needful.

Vodafone — non refund of security deposit even after 60 days

I HAVE STILL NOT GOT MY REFUND FRM VODAOFONE EVEN I HAVE CLEARED ALL THERE DUES AND CLOSED THEIR SERVICES TILL DATE FRM 1ST OF MARCH . HENCE I WNT U TO TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION ON THIS OPERATOR AT THE EARLIEST

VODAOFONE IS THE WORST OF ALL COMPANIES HENCE I WOULD REQUEST ALL NOT TO TAKE ANY CONNECTION FRM THEM AND IF THY HAVE ANY PLS DISCONTINUE IT

Who take small amount of security deposit you all are mad crying for 250 rs Lol.They are giving you so much services and minutes don't be so greedy.

आपका कहना है अपने मरे २५० rs एडजस्ट कर दिए है २२/०८/२०१४ के बिल के बाद जबकि मैंने आपके कस्टमर केयर में फ़ोन कर के बोला था अडजस्ट कर दो और उन्होंने मन कर दिया था उन्होंने काहा की अडजस्ट नई होंगे रिफंड होगा .
और मैंने आपको अपनी लास्ट मेल बातचीत में आपको बिल की कॉपी और आपका pay किये हुए बिल के रसीद लगा कर भी दी थे जिस में आपका बिल ६२० था और मैंने ६५० रस के पैमनेट की हुए हुए है.
फिर आप कैसे कह सकते है अपने बिल में एडजस्ट कर दिया है.
अगर अपने मरे २५० वापस नहीं किये तो में consumer कोर्ट जाऊंगी.
