[Resolved] Vodafone — poor customer service
I am a vodafone customer of Punjab circle at Chandigarh with mob no. [protected]. The customer service of vodafone is very poor. Inspite of lodging my request for deactivating caller tune service to my mob no. repeatedly on 22 Mar 10, they have not deactivated the same. Whenever their customer service is approached, rather than giving any satisfactory reply, they redirect a customer to some other number. Except speaking their routine courteous tone, they do nothing worthwhile.
It is requested that they do at least some semblance of customer service and help their customers. My request is still pending.

We called, but were unable to get in touch. Please note that the number has been permanently disconnected due to non-usage. To obtain the same number, please visit your nearest Vodafone Store with proof of address, proof of identity & 2 color photos with the original SIM to check if the number is available.
