A sum of Rs. 45 had been deducted from my prepaid connection ( [protected]) on 07/5/09 as callertune charges which has been done without my consent and knowledge . On complaint they have assured to credit my balance, which has not been done till now.instead of crediting the amount the company has blocked my customer care service .
I have talked to the following persons
1.Kavita ( 7th may 09:30)

This is to informed you that im having a vodafone #[protected] in the name of Milind Chakapure for more than 2-3 yrs,but today im highly dissatisfied with vodafone company.Even Mr.Milind was dissatisfied with your services n for this reason he switched on to Airtel.
I have set caller tune,for which Rs.30/-is debited fom my balance,but from last few when my friends or any person calls me they are not able to hear a caller tune set by me b'coz vodafone comapany has set something else for your publicity.When ever some one calls me that person hears "yeh caller tune ko copy karne ke liye * n 9 press kijiye" and in the mean time my mobile rings and pick up the call,the person who calls me is unable to hear a caller tune.So they doing free publicity on my money.If I'm paying Rs.30/- then i should get all the service.I even spoke to vodafone executives Mr.Sunil and Mr.Nilesh today itself rather then giving the solution they disconnected my call which very rude n not tolerable.
Also to bring to your notice that on 19/01/10 around 20:30 hrs, i spoke to vodafone executive Mr.Irfan Rehman Patni,regarding this matter,at that time he told me that this service will discontiued within 3 days n the same was done,bt he even assured me that in future this service will not be available but today the same was started again.So now i want 2 stop with immediate effect.

I got 2 new connections of vodafone & as well as insert the sim in cell then autometically callertune is activated on both numbers.Even I does not make any type of request or does not recieve any call from vodafone care.As according to scheme on both sim card vodafone provide 40 rupee talk time on each sim but my balance is showing 0.0000.This is my kind request to return my balance by solving the problem
