[Resolved]  Vodafone — bill payment

i am not able to register my vodafone number on my vodafone to make online bill payment. it says dat my no is not a valid 10 digit number..although i checked it several times.

i m not getting re-directed to my net bank for vodafone bill payment on internet banking
My cell number was [protected]. I have a grave complain to make against Vodafone
I had taken international roaming in the month of May 2008 as I was visting Dubai.Thereafter, my sim card got damaged whilst switching it from one mobile to another. Since I was in Dubai and had no alternative to the damaged sim so I discarded it. I got a rude shock of my life when I was informed of my bill amount which was reflecting as Rs 41, 000 odd. Within few days, I was told the amount is Rs. 33, 000, then again informed of the amount to be Rs. 30, 000 and then 28, 000.
With the information changing so many times, I lost complete trust in the services and though I want to pay the correct, accurate and credible bill amount, I was wondering how do I pay the legitimate amount. They did not send the detailed bill as well. It's not even available on their site.
If they my past payment records and they'll find that I have been a conscientious and reliable customer for the past 3 years and my number did not ever have a late payment fee slapped, forget about a disconnection due to non-payment!
Their recovery guys are posing as salesmen and courier men and forcing themselves to gain entry in my parents flat, who suffer from heart problem and blood pressure. They continuously keep calling at every hour and use filthy and street language. Despite writing to them for a detailed bill, they are yet to send me one, and are insisting that I should send them my official email-id, which I don't have one as I am a housewife, and now they have sent me a legal notice. I am wondering what to do next?

I wanted to inform you i have not received my bill on my mail address since i have taken connection.I got a message(sms) that my bill has been forwarded to gorgi.[protected]@tcs.com which is wrong mail address.Please look into the matter and help me out with how to make bill payments online as i have not registered and i dont have password for it.
i am not able to creat login id for online bill payment.
I wanted to inform you I have not received my bill on my maild address last month, so, I am facing the trouble of paying for due amount.

i have made the bill payment of Rs.900 through icici net banking. As confirmed with icici bank it has been sent to Vodafone india Ltd but when i am contacting with Vodafone custromer care it is not showing in my account as a credit of rs.900. I have registered a compliant with vodafone customer care but i have not still got money back or credit of that money into my vodafone account. My contact no is [protected].Whenever i am contacting with customer care i have been informed that they are contacting with the cioncerned deptt and some person will call me and update me, But no calls has come yet.

Kindly do the needful so that i can get money in my account.

I hav also got the same problem.When I wanted to register for online payment it is saying that the given number is invalid n must hav 10 digits kindly check into the matter plzz
i have faced troubled speaking to customer service in vodaphone customer care i was badly abused by the customer service agent who i dont know deepak singh who posed tobe an supervisor how could he get through the job . i have mailed my complin no response so i am going to file a case against vodaphone as i am still in shock how can they keep agents like deepak singh and i have recorded call as he was constantly speaking abuse i dont know what would be the result though i will not let them go like this

Sir, No doubt range provided from Hutch/Orange to Vodafone is great.

However, the after sale service provided by gallery is very very poor.

I had visited Vodafone gallery in Vashi for enquiry of Prepaid. However, the lady motivated me to take
postpaid sim card no.[protected]. I am located in Pen. When I enquired abt roaming. She said there is no roaming charge in Maharashtra. However, when I dialled / used this card from Pen, it was in roaming service.

I wanted other plan but she gave me 299 plan, because of this, I went again myself from Pen to Vashi gallery for immediate disconnection. This card was hardly used for 10 days. That lady disconnected my line in June assuring that bill will not be charged and ECS payment will be discontinued.

I am shocked to receive bill for Rs.603.23. How smart these people are! They have taken money
by ECS from bank although the line is disconnected. Because of this, my other cheque got bounded
and bank has charged 387/- towards bouncing charges.

I request the authority to look into this matter and refund my hard earned money of Rs.603.23 keep aside my bouching charges.

Pls inform the status on my[protected] IMMEDIATELY.

Good service would like to highlight on this i.e, payment done but yet service not actived du to which there is inconvience caused. i am unable to communicate as i m a busy person n all my dealing are based on phone call so i request u to plz activate the service ASAP...

I was out of station for 3 days, , , my credit limit was 900/- ..i couldnt pay the interiem amount...i got a cal from the vodaphone agent about remainding me to pay the bill..he informed me tat i had to make payment befor 30/09/09 that was the next day...but when i want to pay my bill on 29/09/09...but by tat time my outgoing was barred...without informing me...my no. is [protected]
Vodafone postpaid bill payment site is the worst i ever seen...
90 out of hundred times it will not work!!!

Inspite of paying the Vodafone bill by cheque before the due date.. the out going calls on my cell phone [protected] has been stopped... the reason as given by the Call Center Employee at the customer care is that - we are still searching for the cheque" the bank statement has been submitted to the customer care and still they are searching for the cheque... rediculous.. the cheque payment was for Rs.1000/- Cheque Number: 17705, ICICI bank, Vaishali Nagar Branch, Jaipur......its 20 days and still my phonne has no network.... hopeless customer care.. but still at their mercy... wonder how much it will help by writing my complaint on this forum./....?????

I am post paid customer of Vodafone from more than 4 years. My bill payment cycle is 14th every month. For the cycle ended on Nov 2010, I went to vodafone customer care center for my bill payment on 2nd Dec 2010 which was the last date of payment. I usually pay by debit card. I reached there around 7.45 and was in queue for bill payment. When i reached at bill payment desk the guy at desk said system not working so I cant swipe debit card. As it was last date and i have not expected this, I was not sure of having full amount for bill payment in pocket. He suggested me to use bill payment Kiosk. I managed Rs. 700 from my pocket and went to pay at kiosk at the same center. I paid the amount at kiosk at 8.38. And got the receipt of successful payment. After few days i started receiving calls from vodafone stating my amount is out standing. And they also charged me late payment fees of Rs. 100. I told them I already paid on 2nd Dec each other their executive said: I'll check and revert but no one reverted ever. I went to same customer care center to complaint that my bill not reflecting, but the guy there was not taking things as i was not having payment receipt. And after waiting for an hour i had to return empty handed. He said in 2 days i'll get call regarding this, but no call ever happened.

I managed to find bill payment receipt and again tried to contact customer care on 111 number. I called gave complete details and guy said they will call me in 2 days. 2 days gone call didn't take place. on 3rd or 4th day i got call from CCC and they are saying they are not able to find the details in their system. Now its their system's fault and it may not be in system even then at the time of finalizing payment collection amount they surely have found some discrepancy but surprisingly they didn't. So they cant do anything. Now, they again want me to go to customer care center and wait wait for an hour in queue, to repeat entire story and still no surety of my payments will be restored to their system.I dont understand how they resolve the problem if they cant even after noting down all the facts which is provided by me and mentioned in bill receipt.

I had very good regards for the company and i even was not checking bills ever, that if they billed correctly or not. But now its ridiculous what I am facing. There is no power in customer's hand and he has to dance as per the instructions of company or ready to give up on amount he paid.
