Vodafone — Vodafone Kolkata contineously harassing me | |
Inspite of several mails sent to Vodafone Kolkata Customer care by me, they are not taking enough care about my case, on the contrary I am getting several calls almost everyday asking to pay Rs.586/- alnogwith every month's late charge of Rs.100/- that you are continuously adding with my bill. This is a harassment. I have paid all my dues within the stipulated time frame. The bill that Vodafone Kol are claiming is due is already paid by my YES Bank account [AC No.: [protected]] on 07.06.08 through Cheque No. 000017 but till now you didn't update that one and not only that they are constantly spoiling my mental peace.
