Vodafone — Vodafone Kolkata contineously harassing me

Inspite of several mails sent to Vodafone Kolkata Customer care by me, they are not taking enough care about my case, on the contrary I am getting several calls almost everyday asking to pay Rs.586/- alnogwith every month's late charge of Rs.100/- that you are continuously adding with my bill.

This is a harassment. I have paid all my dues within the stipulated time frame. The bill that Vodafone Kol are claiming is due is already paid by my YES Bank account [AC No.: [protected]] on 07.06.08 through Cheque No. 000017 but till now you didn't update that one and not only that they are constantly spoiling my mental peace.

I want his company Address Please help me to finding his company address Because he left his home 1 year back only,
his is not taking care of his family (two childrens (one girl 6 years old and one boy 4 years old) and wife home maker).

We are register a Dover Harashment Case and Divi Act case from Mahila Mandal.

I am not satisfied with vodafone service.Today i talked around 3.30 pm to mr. lalit. he was not providing me right information. HOW WILL U MANAGE THAT KING OF INFORMATION. i WAS ASKING THAT I HAVE SOME PROBLEM IN INTERNET BANKING.
