Before selecting an Caller Tune my balance prepaid was Rs 98.63
on date 13/07/09.at 20;42;56 hrs
Caller tune correctly sent and activated
within 5mts it got changed to some other tune not of my choice
when spoke to Vodaphone .Mosin and further to Group leader Sudhir
DISGUSTED
for the following reason`s
1) 20.43.46 of 13/07/09 SMS ackldg recpt of C. tune
2) 20 .44.26 of 13/07/09 SMS Caller Tune activated sucessfully
3) 20.45.06 of date 13/07/09 SMS sucess of Caller Tune
4) 21.05 hrs called from my land line as wife and children wanted to listen to my choice
the tune had changed to some other which was not of my selection
Balance on 14/07/09 to rectify the mess caused by your soft ware system
Rs 5.57 Balance.
Action Taken by self not to use any services of Vodaphone with imeditle efect
my all family members and all my friends and well wishers.

Daughter 1 & daughter 2 is [protected] & [protected] will not be recharged henceforth
