[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone,no network access at no.[protected]

Sir,
This complaint is in reference to my(Vikram Arora, cell :[protected]) conversation with vodafone helpline executive earlier and latest with (swati suresh iyer) on 8.10.08 at 11:10 am. regarding the problem of facing no network most of the times past 2 months, for which i have already made complaints.
At times im in roaming network and if i try, it shows no access.
The error which usually callers face :

1.This number does not exists.
2. Engage tone.
3.Please check the number you have dialled.
4.You seems to have dialled a wrong number.

I have my adverts on air on most of the property portals in the world, for which it takes lot of time and money to work on it.
Vodafone is not at all co-operating with this matter inturn, im preparing documents to go to consumer court and claim for my bussiness loss.
Also, while making complaints, i have recorded my conversation with Vodafone help line executives many times, which ill be producing to the court if needed..

Kindly, look forward to this matter as it is affecting my bussiness to a very great extent.

dear sir good morning my no is [protected] last 15 days in my house conctivity of network not regular i lordge complait 2/3 time my residence in s v road irla i am old custmber when your name is hutch/orange but this problem from your name change vodafone please take acction [1] WE HAVE NO CHOICE OF OTHERS BECAUSE IN ALL COMPNY IN MUMBAI YOUR SERVICE IS BEST BUT NOW WE R NOT SATIS FIED WITH YOU [2] MY BUSINESS IS IN OPERA HOUSE MAY ALL FRIEND EVERYDAY DISSCUS IN VODAPHONE NETTWORK EVENING 5 TO 7 PM GETTING DIFFICULT I AM ALSO SUFFERING THIS PROBLEM REGULARLY give me reply i will be satisfied or not from you you say i go with other compny i have 4/5 no of voda fone ok thanking you Arvind Akhani

Goog morning. I sri Suryamani Mohapatra my no is [protected] it is a reliance no but i change it's service provider. Now i enjoying vodafone service in this number. My all friends and family are used vodafone so i chose vodafone network. But now i face some network problem. I conversatin with ur customer care executive he say ur problem solve within 14.04.2011 but now i face the same problem. My area address- Itap, Bsl steel Ltd, dhenkanal, orissa.My alt c no [protected].Plz PLz Plz Plz solved the problem.
