[Resolved] Vodafone — Network Problem & Misguiding by Customer Care | |
Sir / Madam, I Junaid Sayyed having vodafone no. [protected] (Post Paid), Mr. Faisal Ahmed Siddique(Prepaid) [protected], Mr. Abdul Khalique Arab (Prepaid) [protected] would like to bring to your kind notice that I Sayyed Junaid already complaining regarding the network issue almost a year back but till date there is no solution for the same, I feel the company is become careless and not having any concern to solve the problem apart from just earning the profits by selling the new connections and getting the payments by old connections by making fool to the people. Today i.e. 23.10.2008 I got a call from my native place and I was talking to my uncle on phone but all of a sudden a third party joined in between. I called up vodafone care and I was assured that there is some problem going on in Jogeshwari area and the network will be perfect and please give us 48 hrs but its become height when I came to know that on every call I am making after some time automatically some one else is getting connected in between then again I called up vodafone care so I got the answer everything is perfect from our side you just go to any vodafone shop and change the sim then I went to Jogeshwari Ayeshtower shop and changed my sim and after two hours the new card started but then too the same thing is happening. Then I asked Mr. Faisal Ahmed my friend to make a call to hotline but from his cell too the same thing is happening that some other party is joined in between and then I called from Mr. Abdul Khalique cell phone the same thing is happen and I informed to vodafone care regarding the same. Hence I am informing you that vodafone can not charge for those calls as its their fault and it has to be solved on fast track basis. I am not going to pay for those calls. Hopefully vodafone will try to solve the problem as early as possible as since last one year they are not at all bother to solve the network problem. For network problems, vodefone network team had a talk with me and even an engineer visited for the same but till date nothing has happened.
