I am a retailer of vodafone.I am not receiving any service from your
salesman nor from your distributor since 1 month. Please take a speedy action as my customers are
returning back.My distributor is Sunera enterprise AT - vadagm, Taluka - vadgam, dist- banaskantha number of javed -[protected]

I am retailer from pathankot ( mamoon chock). we are facing a huge problem from your local DSC( RAJESH). he is not at all responsive and takes more than 3 days to activate a sim. He is just doing this thing to us only. he activate the sim of other dealers within 4 to 5 hours. it is causing a huge loss to us. my mobile number is [protected]. please contact me for further enquiry

I from Kaushal Computers, shop no 9, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017 is the retailer of mobile recharge.
Our vodafone retailer is Goyal Computers, from last 3 months he compel us if you purchase Rs11, 17, 35, internet cards only then he transfer the recharging load. Demand of these cards are zero because everyone needs minimum 1GB for atleast 28 days. I have already these cards of Rs about 3000/- in my stock.
From last three days they refuse to transfer any amount without purchasing these cards i request them and show them my stock of cards to them.

I hold 3 new connections for activation, and request to salesman to transfer some amount for FRC, no chance so I activate them to Airtel.
If this order is from Vodafone then this is very very wrong and bad statagy
When I ring to RM ([protected]) she never pick up and dealer handles the call,
If this the RULE of vodafone for downloading the load amout then we will try to transfer (MNP) vodafone no to other company.

I have complained to all department, but no one responding, Our distributor in Mumbai no.24 and 70, Padmavati Agencies is unable to keep 1 day stock with himself, taking advance Money from area shopkeeper and not able to give balance till next day. this is going on from last 1 year, all the retail market is upset from last one year. Account manager Mr. Umesh or Zsm Irfan no one is interested in solving the Problem. At present from yesterday i am having 10 new Sim cards to do FR. But no balance available. We as the association of more than 100 shops in Kurla east and west are planning to completely Stop selling Vodafone product as further we cant take this Mental harrassment any more from Vodafone Distributor and Company Officials. Please Revert it Immediately.
Any of the Official can visit in our area or check into your system, not a single out of 300 retailer is having sufficient balance im their demo from 2 days. All the retailer have paid money in advance to distributor but no Lapu received from last 2 days.
Once again i beg you to show us the way.

In the month of august voda has send so many messages on my demo about my target for new activations ie. 6 activations and also write that i[censored] achieve ur target, a lunch box will be given to u. I achieved my target, but the distributor still not give my lunch box. I call vipin {distributor} firm name {bhagwati traders } on his cell no. [protected] on 22nd and 23rd sep., but he cut my phone for two times.
Sir, i kindly requested u to never keep false promises to the retailers like me, i[censored] can't fulfil ur promises. It affects on the repo of voda company. It may ruin the business of voda in ludhiana, because the persons like vipin {distributor}
