Undue bill charges

Vodafone did not send e bill to my email id, morover in bill dtd 27.06.2013 there were some wrong charges, and it was told from vodafone that it will adjusted in next bill it is not adjusted, i was charged for 98 rs gprs pack more than 98 rupees. And on 111 official respondeed rudely....

prepaid number dead

i had a vodafone number [protected] from past years, i last used my sim on 18th and 19th of july, and they cancelled my connection on 20th of july, reason being i didn't use my connection from past 60 days which is totally wrong, all they say is there system shows no activity from past 60 days, customer care is not supportive at all. they say i need to give them Rs 2100 to get my connection back, i need my number back.

incorrect online information regarding bonus card

on the given vodafone recharge site i selected to recharge with the bonus card "Bonus Card 34" which grants:

"All calls (Loc+ STD) @ 40p/min for 14 days".

however at the completion of recharge i received an sms stating that i got special tariff of 40p/m for 14 days on only LOCAL calls.

i tried accessing 24x7 vodafone customer care on 198 but no service was available....

vodafone dont have proper 3G network in DELHI.its 2G only..they are selling there 3G plans and providing 2G only...only sometime you will get 3G(HSDPA) other wise you will always get 2G(EDGE).2G is good.my question is, when I am paying for 3G why they dont have such infrastructure
to sell 3G.i am getting frustrated day by day by their service.when u put your mobile in auto mode(wcdma and gsm)...you will get 3g...

Excessive billing

I am using vodafone postpaid number [protected] and this month i subscribed to 2g internet pack of Rs 125 of 1 GB data but the internet speed in vodafone in 2g is so much down that after using this pack for 8 days from 25 June to 02 July,on 3rd July i called customer care to stop this internet pack and finally the internet pack is deactivated on 3rd July at 7 PM in evening..but what i saw in bill is that my browsing data as produced by vodafone...

Hello....vodafone company has deducted 72rs from my balance giving the reason that I had sent mms on 5-6-13.But sent text sms to 24 recipients as"good morning"...but balance was deducted...so i went to Vodafone store.There i showed the delivery messages as proof that i had sent sms and not mms,so they took complaint...but now they are saying that amount will be not refunded......i need my legal amount......

This makes me sick, with this type of service you provide.
