[Resolved] Vodafone — Customer care not responding and not responding and activating International Roaming on my number [protected] | |||
Dear Sir, I am a Vodafone consumer and have been using the services baring number [protected]. Due to some urgent priority official work i had to travel to Kuwait, i did not get a chance to activate international roaming when coming to this part. Due which i contacted their customer care over an email and requested them to do the needful. As my company changed domain and i have no access to my registered email id i have shared my personal information for helping me out in activation. I have made a payment of Rs.3000 as demanded by the customer care representative. But to my surprise the service was not activated till date. Hence i had to contact the Nodal and Applet offices of Vodafone. To my surprise the Nodal and the Applet were so irresponsible to respond to my complaints and emails . I am out side India and have limited access to communication hence i request you to please help in dealing with this and reduce my emotional trauma. I am not able to contact any one near and dear and having financial loses in the form of lost contracts. Hoping to get a resolution soon. Thanks for the update but i am not able to connect to any of the available network i have tried all the possible ways of connecting. Please provide if there are nay setups to be done. My mobile is Intex Aqua i-5.
