[Resolved]  Vodafone — Deactivation Without any information

Address:Raipur, Chhattisgarh

My VODAFONE prepaid number +91 [protected] has been deactivated without any information at 20th March 3:00PM onwards, i am not even getting any satisfactory answers about it from vodafone care.

the number is purchased before 5 years, original is of IDEA cellular, and before 1 and half year i had ported this number on Vodafone.
proper recharges were done during this period, and the number was always switched on every time.

If there was any problem then the Vodafone India would have to inform me so that i could take the proper action, but this deactivation without any previous information or msg is illegal.

from 20th march onwards, if i am calling this number, its saying a wrong number.


please take a proper action about this case.

Vodafone SIM — Deactivation of Number

I have tried a many times to disconnect the connection by sending mails and even on tele calling. But the number is still running and the company is adding monthly charges of rs/- 250 every month, while i am not using the connection.

Kindly help me to come out of this problem.

This is regarding my nu [protected] due to late bill payment(10 days) vodaphone deactivated my registration without leaving proper message for the same.i jsut want to confirm can be take any action against this or not??

Vodafone — Deactivate the phone without information

Hello Sir,

I want to complain about Vodaphone. I took add ons connection ([protected]) on previous no [protected]. Then I have changed my previous address. They cut my new connection due to negative verification but they did not inform me at all. When I tried to dial the phone then I come to know that they have disconnected my connection. I called Vodaphone care and request to activate the no for next 24 hours as this was the single contact no at my home and there is my wife only at my home. But they clearly denied to activate the connection. Just I want to know that why they have deactivated my connection without any information or notification.

Vodafone SIM — won the mobile draw

message came to me saying that i won 950,000usdin shell int-l mobile draw i want to know that it was fake or true
My connection is prepaid & my no is [protected] without information, without any clarification they had stop the services of outgoing, i am not able to call anybody they had stop the services at evening time.
The thing is that if suddenly happen anything seriously and they had stop the outgoing services, if thing has been damage at my home who will be responsible for that.without any clarification how they stop the outgoing.i need the Compensate of Rs 10000 for there such behaviours.
Pls take the action ASAP

Vodafone — Deactivate my sim without information

Dear Sir,
I'm using vodafone mobile no [protected] since last 03 years. But last month they deactivate outgoing call on my mobile, when i asked from customer care about this . they replied please visit any vodafone store and your service will be activate.
I went to vodafone store but they were saying your adress not maching in our records.after 02 days my no was fully deactivate.
I again went to Vodafone they said we'll try again for you but new connection will be post paid. I agreed and deposit RS.250 but still after 04 days no success.
I again visit at store they relied me sorry we can't get same number and they return me my money.
I'm facing big problem because all my online bank account and other govt. document are registered with this no....can any one help me on this issue,thanks. Manjeet.
