[Resolved] Vodafone — outgoing facility not available | |||
sir/madam, I am Kuldeep Singh Meena and my mobile no. is [protected]. I am using Vodafone prepaid services since 2007. I submitted all necessary documents that time and i also confirmed my details 2-3 months back when one of your operator called me. About 15 days back my outgoing service ended. Every time i make a call it says "this facility is not available on your telephone", now i dont understand why is this. And please don't tell me your "submit your fresh documents at your nearest Vodafone Store within next 48 to 72 hours" dialogue, i have submitted and verified my documents. You can understand how difficult it is to survive without cellphone nowadays. Please revive my services as soon as possible otherwise i wont have any option other than to switch to other company. Vodafone — outgoing facilities is not available
Dear SirI myself Akhilanath Behara have a purchaged a sim of vodafone on 12/05/2011
At the time of puchage I have gave the documents to the retailer but now my outgoing facilities is not available.So kindly tell me that if we will buy a sim how much time we will give the document and to how much people we will give.I am a busy person I have no time to talk customer care or to go vaodafone office.
So kindly solve my problem otherwise I will disconnect the sim.
