[Resolved] Vodafone — Migration from Prepaid to Postpaid | |||
Please refer to the trail mail below. This is regarding migration of my Prepaid Vodafone connection into postpaid. Inspite of submitting all the required documents and giving the security deposit of Rs 250, my number has still not been converted into postpaid. It has been 25 days since I have submitted all the documents. I have also tried to contact the Vodafone customer care but have recieved no responses. Every time I send a mail, I am given a new service request number but no further action is taken. I will wait for 1 more day, after that I will take the matter with the consumer complaint department.
