Vodafone — wrong billing and misbehave by various executives. | |||
I am holding postpaid connection of vodafone company. I am paying all my bills regularly but there are lot of discrepencies in all the bills w. e. f. july, 2010 onwards i have contacted to your customer care service no.111 but all executives had not replied me properly and asked lot of irrelevant information. Today on 15th may,2011 my call forwarded to senior executives 4 times but they have not entertain me. The call was disconnected from the vodafone and every time however, I hold the call every time for a 10-15 minutes long period. please consider it and obliged me.
