Useless customer care and poor service
I am Swapnali one of the customer of "Vodafone". Suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services. i submitted my Application to migrate my postpaid connection to prepaid 7 days before. i paid all the bills. after 5 days when i went there, they told me i have clear my pending bill, which i paid that time only. till now after 7 days my no. is plan is not migrated.

this is not for tha 1st time i am experiencing such a bad and slow service.

Few yrs back, i complained to vodafone about a service (which i havent deactivated) for which they have charged me rent. i was having message proof. they told me that money will get deducted from my bill. but after visiting vodafone 4-5 times for the same issue, i didnt get any refund. I fade of going there.

There server is always down.

I AM USING vODAFONE JUST BECOZ OF GOOD NETWROK. BUT NOW I AM GOING TO CHANGE TO OTHER BECOZ OF POOR SERVICE.


My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless...

very slow n leve tower every ...3 to 5 minute.

now 3Gis start by vodafone everywere...bt no massage on me by vodafone...n
i would like to know that when my 3g connection start??????
