Vodafone Essar — deducting money without my consent | |||
I have a connection of Vodafone co having No: [protected]. I am lauching a compliant of the above said company that I recharged with RS 35/- and the said company deducted (15+1+10+1+1) Rs 27/- without my consent. Vodafone Essar — my mo. no. is 9819925958
My mobile no. is [protected], I would like to bring to your notice that, I had purchased this sim card a couple of months ago. It worked only for a few days and then it stopped . I went to the vodafone store in borivili and submitted my documents ( my passport copy and photo) and I was given to understand that everything is ok. My phone worked for a few days and again I am unable to make calls as well as outgoing calls are restricted like it was earlier the reason given is that it has been stopped for operational reasons. When I dial the consumer care no.111 and when I opt for 9 it goes back to the main menu. I am really frustrated what do I do now pls help me out. Vodafone Essar — balance of rs.211.79 became 0.2 without my using my mobile
Around 1 pm on 14th sept 2010 i had checked my balance after making 3 calls which was Rs. 211.79. After 2 hrs when i wanted to make a call again i saw that the balance was only 2 paise.
