[Resolved] Vodafone Essar Pvt.ltd, India — Deactivation of my mobile number and given huge bill for post paid number | |||
Dear Sir, My self Mr. A Sunil Kumar,This is to infor you that i have 2 mobile numbers in Vodafone net work i.e. [protected] and [protected]. For 1st one they my credit limit is Rs.2300 but they are given the bill amount Rs. 5452 without intimations and permission. For this i have visited nearest branch and spoke to respectable person, they said " we will get back to you" in the month of February '12.. But they are not reverted and also they are send legal notice to may mail Address. For this pending bill they are disconnct the out going calls for 2nd number also which i am paying regularly for that number..
