[Resolved]  Vodafone — Extra bill

Hi,
My Mobile number [protected], i am using this number since 3 yrs , i have billing cycle is 20th of every month .
This month i bought new phone Samsung Ace in which i use WIFI cuz i am having broadband connection of airtel, i use only wifi at my home, i used VL(Vodafone Live) when i was out of station and now when my bill generated i got to know that i got billing on both sides on VL(Vodafone Live) and on my Broadband connection also, i hope Vodafone will do something about this , moreover i never get connected to the customer care executive , they say happy to help u , most of their outlets say their system is not working either u need to visit at main outlet......i thought vodafone services were far far better than other networks but m changing mind , m getting bill of 1000+ even though i am having dynamic credit limit of 500.... vodafone waiting for ur response.

In this day i have an Bill see Rs. 115/-
But how it can possible ? My billing Plan is Rs. 199/- In this offer i have an 199 minutes are free . so where are the free minues ? U can just put up Rs. 115/- How ?
My billing date start now 4- Nov to till date, Only 4 days.
In 4 days we are not talking to cross free minutes (199)

Hi.. i am a customer of vodafone with mobile no [protected] and was offered an add on connection 2 months back.The executive offered me free calls in between the two numbers and told me that no bill will be charged for ist 6 months as it will be a testing time for u to assess our services.In 2 months i got bill of arround 3500 Rs in which most of the charges were of those between the two numbers.I contacted the customer care multiple times,send e-mails to the company but no body did bother to liten to me.My calls have been barred for last 1 week which has given me a lot of trouble.kindly help me to deal with such irresponsible people.

My name is shahid i had 199(2gb) activated in my mobile no.[protected] & on 6th jan 2012 i deactivate it and get new plan 499(unlimited) but when i get 2 know the bill it is huge 10456,how can this usage b as i have unlimited plan & more importantly my credit limit is 6200,so how can my bill goes beyond that.this is cheating,plz help.

No response yet, its been almost a month. In the end i paid the bill due coz i cannot make calls until i pay.
As they said happy to help, they helped me alot...
Even though they are helping by customer care executives which i cannot connect...if i have to change my plan first i have to waste my tym trying to call on customer care executive, then g ot to know i cannot connect to customer care executive y u provide these services when they are not even active. Just coz i low dynamic credit limit i am facing this problem...they provide services to rich ppl only...

I am charged extra for this bill period. I have used 479 MB and it is showing more than 580 MB. Before 48 hours of bill I have checked data usage and it is showing 479 and same amount before 24 hours of bill.
Their system is telling wrong information.
I want extra charges to be taken back or please provide me with my porting code as my no. is allocated to internal services by.Vodafone. please call me b/w 2-6.0 PM.
