I have been with Vodafone until June 2013 from August 2012, I had faced a lot of Issues but none of them in the customer care are good to get my issues resolved. Mine is a Post pade CUG connection.

On April 26, 2013. I activated a trial Internet package of Rs 25 which was valid for 7days, since the day I got this plan activated my life with this Vodafone connection was making me sick. I used to get calls which was not valid, they called me to make payment of at-least 250Rs [this is the total billing amount for a Month for me but they never cared] as i activated Internet trial pack and this caused the unbilled amount to exceed which was never said to me when I was activating or after activation too, this was totally a VERY WRONG THING FOR POST PAID CUSTOMER TO SUFFER WITH UNBILLED EMOUNT OF INTERNET TO BE CLUBBED WITH UNBILED AMOUNT OF CALLS AND MSGS. So I spoke to about 10 VF CC People and still I was insisted to pay Rs 250 else my Number would be disconnected, so later on 6th May I paid 250 Rs and this fuss of VF CC people calling me stopped but unfortunately I did not knew that this was a trick by them. Later when the month bill got generated I WAS SHOCKED TO see an AMOUNT of RS 850+ TO BE SENT TO ME AS A BILLED AMOUNT.
I CALLED UP ALL THE VF CC and I WAS ON CALLS WITH THEM LITERALLY FOR HOURS TOGETHER

Vodafone — fake billing by vodafone

i am using the vodafone connection here in mumbai since last 2yrs. i got the bill in feb 08 which reflects misc charges of Rs. 3093.49. when i asked vodafone customer care they replied, this is the non payment of october 07 and november 07. when i asked them, why you people billed 3 months later? they put the fone down. no reply. again i asked in next call (bcz its free to contact them) when i hvnot paid 2 months contineous bills why the service is not deactivated? again they put the fone down.
if still vodafone has reply to my questions plz call back with concrete reply to [protected].

Vodafone — Mental harassment by vodafone by creating a lot of problems to me

Respeted sir,

I want to inform you that I had done a biggest mistake on 1 april 2008.That mistake was buying a vodafone connection.On 1 april 2008 I had purchased vodafone youth pack from arash mobile care centre, main bazaar gurbaksh colony Patiala worth Rs 220 in leu of which I got Rs 180 as talktime and three months validity.Next day I woke up & got shocked that my balance turned out to be zero. I moved to dealer he told me to contact customer care coz it is not his responsibilty as he checked me the balance at the time of purchase.I contacted vodafone but I had not got any satisfactory answer.By frequent calling on customer care I came to know that dealer had sold me an expired connection.So I contacted Vodafone srtore at surya comlex Patiala.There executives told me in any case company will never refund my money I need to talk the dealer and they can do only what a customer care executive can in a call centre.In between this your company ceased customer care facility on my fone for fiteen days .So by this time I was contacting customer care by borrowing cellphone from my friend.Everyone know sthat how much humilating is to borrow anything from a friend in case it is already with you.I again contacted dealer, now he answered me company "aaapka paisa khaa gayi hai aur vo baaki logon k saath bhi aisa karti hai mai abb isme kuch nahi kar sakta" .Now when I contacted customer care from my friend's cellphone sometime they told me to go to dealer and sometime they told me to go to vodafone store.When i asked who is the distributor they told me that they cant provide any information to me.when the customer care was again activated on my phone, then I started to complaining using my phone but after two day, it was ceased again for next fifteen days.an executive from vodafone told me that they cant do any thing I had o talk to dealer.Now I dont know who is distributor in my area, I cant contact customer care and have already got penalty of rupees 180.
I want to ask following querstions
Q.1 If company knows that dealer is responsible why penalty of rupees 180 is given to me, if dealer had lied to you and misguided to their customer inmpose fine on him why company is imposing penalty of rupees 180 as well as mental trauma to me.
Q.2 why balance of rupees 180 flashed on my mobile when the company knows it is expired one?
Q.3 Why customer cre service is operated by company if they cant even tell me the adress of the distributor of area?

I want to mention that customer care is still not available on my phone.

dear sir, in my last bill got rupees85/ excess in a/c of internet usasges but i inever request to co.for that service then how can use it

It is with great agony that I wish to draw your kind notice towards that I am Customer (Subscriber, Mobile no[protected] of your company since last 5+ years.

It is a corporate connection. I am using 149 Plan. Call charges through my Vodaphone no. is abruptly inflated since last two months without giving any intimation. I appealed to Customer Assistance Cell several times in this concern but all in vain. Your call rates are far soaring than other operators, e.g., Reliance, Airtel etc. One of friend is using Vodaphone no-[protected] & his calls are very low than my. Why is this discrimination? Why should pay extra for same? What massage do I take is its gaffe of any consumer being so long relation with your organization. Possibly, I have done the same mistake. It is only matter of money but more than that, i.e., principles, commitment, ethics towards yours client whose trace record is good throughout this long period commercial relation. Now I feeling like deceived, is not it? In my opinion, a wise person can't continue this business relation on irrational grounds.

In nutshell, am I not being exploited by this association? Kindly do needful within 15 hours as required otherwise I will be compelled to surrender the SIM & have to switch to other operator. If the number portability put into practice, I extremely regretful to state this approach/policy of company is going to plunge great acquisition of costumer.

I really agree by the Vodaphone problems, I'm also vodaphone suffered.

This is to inform you that I'm really getting irritated from your customer support because no one take care of customer problem seriously.

The problem is that vodaphone has deducted two times 30 rupees for the services of MIS and Vodaphone, Although i've not request for any of the service.

And I've also complaint about that service, one time they give me request number that is-->[protected] for MIS service.

and i've also complaint about another service that i don't want that service voice over chat, I was put the complaint on 30th, on that day vodaphone server was down and thats why they didn't give any request number but they said that i've forward your number to my senior, But when i confirming on 1st they said it you will return back your money with in 24 hours, but when yesterday i try to confirm, your customer support executive talk with me rudely and said I'm not eductated and even when i call again no one pick my phone and when one executive receive they put my call on hold. on the whole day I'm suffering from vodaphone customer support. Also from my phone I'm not connected to Customer Support when press "9"

Now I'm getting frustrated from vodaphone service and put the comments here.

So Everyone can know what a Brand company and his employs do with his customers.

Vodafone India — Fake Offers from Vodafone

Today morning I received a call from [protected]. The lady said she was calling from Vodafone and since I am a "special customer", they are offering me a scheme where if I recharge for the amount of Rs. 201, then instead of the regular talktime of 402 minutes, I ll get 603 minutes. This special offer as per her was valid only for today. This she said was for today only. Since I already had Rs. 70 left on my regular recharge of Rs. 222, I asked her what will happen to it and she said it will get added to it. So far so good.

1. I had a recharge of Rs. 201 - surprise surprise, I only got a talktime of 402 minutes
2. Any calls I make deduct the amount from this 402 minute talktime. This means that my Rs. 70 balance from the 222 recharge which is meant to be used within 30 days will go to waste since 30 days will expire before I use the 402 minutes.

My complaint:
1. Stop giving fake offers getting people to recharge
2. Please remove me from your special customer list, I am better off without your special attention!
3. Please allow me to use my 222 recharge amount before the 402 minute amount
Got a call from Vodafone just now, they have credit the said 201 free minutes on my account and have assured me that they prior balance of Rs. 70 will not have any time validity to be resolved. :-)
Their customer service has improved a lot!

LATER AFTER FEW DAYS MY CONNECTION OUTGOING WAS DISCONNECTED, SO I CALLED THEM UP AND WAS ON CALLS FOR HRS BUT WAS OF NO USE, LATER INCOMING WAS DISCONNECTED, SO AGAIN I CALLED THEM UP AND WAS ON CALLS AGAIN FOR HRS TOGETHER BUT STILL WAS OF NO USE, AND NOW THE NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED AND AS ALL MY PALLS AND EVERYONE KNEW THE NUMBER I AGAIN CALLED THEM UP, [CALLING VF CC COSTS ME SOME AMOUNT] BUT AS USUAL AGAIN IT WAS THE SAME THING AND NOW I AM BEING THREATENED WITH CALLS THAT THE OTHER NUMBER WILL ALSIO BE DISCONNECTED. I HAVE GOT PROOFS OF ALL THE THINGS SO CAN YOU PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHOM TO CONTACT.

I AM VERY MUCH IRRITATED SO ITS ALL CAPS.
I am still waiting... I called up VF CC even Yesterday.

Today Facing another issue due to this current issue.

Now My Husband's CUG Connect Outgoing is barred and this is NOt acceptable at all.

I want this issue to be fixed ASAP so that the other connected devices will not be hit because of this.

Do you guys even here just fake on the issue to be taken care of or will this be addressed truely
Mental Harassment on bill payment, I am forced to write this mail again to you as they had sent the nonpayment automated message on my husband’s number few days back, that too without making any calls or confirmation with him and today they have also barred the outgoing which will hit his business works.
I have seen the bill amount sent to my husband’s number for my number which seems to have the late fees added to my knowledge also this is not acceptable.
I had asked them to have the back-end team come into the call so that they can talk to me directly or send me documentary evidence of my internet usage otherwise remove internet charges from my bill. The Customer Care Centre would always promise me on it but the end of the day, and inspite of me giving them all the details regarding the issue even very recently, no one turned to call me, I haven’t called them again coz when I used to call them previously I was always informed that they cannot adjust internet charges or the backend team has called you but your mobile was always switched off which was never true. Now, I have been left with any other option except to approach you to deal with my grievances.
It’s a humble request that you to look into this matter very strictly as they have taken me for a ride on this 3 months time now. I am highly disturbed, Mental Harassed & tortured by Vodafone people & you are my last hope.

I have Just now called up VF CC [AS MY OTHER NUMBER OUTGOING HAS BEEN BARRED] and I am again disappointed with there CC skills.
1. There is no Mr. Noor / Hameed / Raj Available.
2. I asked for manager and Mr Pramod or Pradeep informed me that the Manager is not at his desk [When I spoke to Hameed day before he informed me that manager will be available only from 9AM to 6 PM] so tell me who is lying me or making me fool?
3. Does the only manager in the floor go out for break for 1Hour with Just a single lead kept in line though he should be either on call or should be at desk [never in my life did i see a manager so irresponsible as when ever i asked for a manager they always gave me vauge answers like this only].
4 So I asked the CC representative to place me on hold for 1Hr he just confirmed if i wanted 1Hr Hold and when I said yes without any probing queries he placed me on hold[Is he not responsible to make the customer comfortable and make them get a solution rather making them be on hold for this long] ???
5. Even in my previous calls I was used be placed on HOLD for more than 15mins, and they talk so loudly that I can hear all different languages on my phone which is also out of my comfort zone. {I said I want to be on hold for 1Hr because Mr Noor has informed in these previous calls when I asked him about placing me on HOLD for More than 15 mins which would cost me he has INFORMED ME THAT THE HOLD TIME WILL NOT COST A CUSTOMER AT ALL (U can find the same in the call recordings too)}

IS THIS THE WAY A CUSTOMER IS TREATED BY AN INTERNATIONAL TELECOM COMPANY??????

NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP WITH THE OTHER NUMBER CALL BARRING REMOVED AND WAVIER OF THE INTERNET AND OTHER DUES RELATED COSTS.
