Vodafone — false internet bill

I had reviewed my bill and found that Rs. 438.2 are included to it as Internet usage charges but I had never used Internet on my number. It is a surprise to me as the phone I am using does not support Internet access. I am using a Nokia phone costing Rs. 999/-. In return Vodafone employee wants me to activate itemised service. So they are not handling my complaint and selling me their new product. I ask them that if they have any proof that I had used Internet then i will pay the bill. It is very disappointing that to earn Rs. 438.2 with unfair means they are ready to loose 5 year old customer and they are not ready to admit their system fault.
