Vodafone — fooling for offer and helpline giving wrong information

this is what i had gone through all the days, on saturday i bought lumia 820 and vodfaone offer was written on back of the box too andnow vodafone is saying service over and in its own website https://www.vodafone.in/phones/pages/nokia_overview.aspx?pid=172&cid=mum the offer is mentioned 30 april 2013, and 198 help person say 31 march 2013 the offer ended, vodafone is cheating now not to give the service and from tuesday i have been forced to call them mail them and visit their stores, all below i mailed them to their each officer but no on is replying me correctly, on wednesday +[protected] this number call i got yesterday at 11.13 and that person told me he will call back in 24 hrs now why didnt he call its 11.56 now, i need compensation now what trouble i had gone through because of vodafone,

{jignesh nagda} why all this harrasment to me, if today i m not getting any answer than i want concession, calling at help line, wasting my time and now i have to leave my work and will forcely go to vodafone store, my days payment will be cut and who is going to pay for all this, this is very very bad service,

why did this person closed chat directly as i was writing to him what is this, is this the manner o[censored]r happy to help, is this way vodafone happy to help by directly going back not answering till the customer is online or talking with him

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS i[censored] cant answer than for what all this help line and chat and all, why is vodafone making fool to us, today i m going to vodafone store and fight there and will shout in all people what fool these vodafone is making of people , this is totally hell kind of service u all r providing us, i want compensation for these days i got harrashed through ur unmannared peoples, i will raise this complaint now to dot and TRAI also , all these suffering i gone through, why is the offer given on website is not activated,

or i want it to be done today itself on thursday itlself

I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] ON 8TH FEB, I HAVE ACTIVATE INTERTEN SERVICE WITH 21 RS AFTER SWOME TIME I GOT A MASSAGE HELLO, AS PER YOUR REQUEST RS 21 INTERNET PACK HAS BEEN ACTIVED ON YOUR PHONE. YOU HAVE 350 MB DATA FREE FOR 4 DAYS. BUT MY INTERNET WAS NOT ACTIVETED WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE ESECUTIVE, THEY WAS TOLD ME WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE ACTIVATED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN AGAIN I CALLED, THEY WAS AGAIN ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD DAY, I WAS TOLD THAT I DON”T WANT USE ANY MORE SERVICE OF YOURS . THEN I HAVE USED PORTBILTY SERVICE FOR CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDED, AFTER SOME TIME VODAFONE CALL ME AND ASKE ME YOUR PBOBLEM WILL SORTOUT AFTER SOME TIME BUT THEY NOT TAKE ANY ACTION ABUT MY PROBLEM THREE DAY VODAFONE NOT GIVE ME PROPER INFORMATINO, THREE DAYS VODAFONE MAKE ME FOOL AND THEY ARE NOT READY TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY,
SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 21 BUCKS, BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AS MANY PEOPLE MAY BE SUFFERING WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR OF THIS COMPANY.HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM ANYBODY'S ACCOUNT & GIVE USELESS RESONES FOR THE ACT.PLEASE SIR, TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM & TEACH THEM SOME LESSONS.
