[Resolved] Vodafone — Fraudulent deduction of mobile balance amount | |||
I am R.D.Pawar. My Vodafone post paid mobile number is [protected]. My complaint is that on 14/12/12, I made a recharge of Rs.300 by ICICI debit card. Also I made recharge of Rs.100 each on 18/12/12 and 21/12/12 by cash. I have not made any major calls from my mobile after 14/12/12, but even then my balance was deducted frequently in fraudulent manner and false bills were sent on my mail. In past also I have faced such problems of FALSE BILLING by Vodafone. So I am extremely annoyed with the fraudulent ways of VODAFONE. This is a serious complaint which if not resolved immediately, I will have to file a police complaint against VODAFONE.
