[Resolved]  Vodafone GSM Mobile — lose balance

Sir, I'm a prepaid vodafone customer. I have recharge Rs.14 internet plan on[protected]. When the recharge Rs.14 internet plan no any use information msg by vodafone.After recharge internet paln use the internet.But low balance msg by vodafone. I chek balance, I'm shocked my balance Rs.-537.I'm call customer care & tell problem.But they were tell me i have lose balance for use the internet.But they tell me rong reasion & leave this problem.I have lose Rs.+46+(Rs.-537) & crrunt balance Rs.-537.They were not solved my problem.

Sir, i requested to you please help me.
