[Resolved]  Vodafone — Harassment: mentally & financially

I converted my prepaid account to postpaid just 10 days before. I also activated the data pack (unlimited). But after 1 hour of doing this my outgoing service was disconnented. When I contacted their Customer service, They informed you have crossed the credit limit, now these unbilled amount they will balance while preparing the final bill. By my further investigation through customer service and vodafone store,They treated me as a character in Hindi Movie. Stores people told me to contact Customer care, You need physical verification, wait for some time and many useless things and Custome care people said to contact a vodafone store. After that they advised me to recharge some amount then your service will be activated. when I ask how much , they said as much you like, but if you want to use data pack it has to be 10,000 otherwise it will be disconnected again. When talked with senior officer, to register a complain " Why was not I informed when data pack was activated, that the unlimited data service will be deducted from your credit limit, when you knew that"; He adviced me to go a store and recharge to avail it. When banks are not asking to pay such a huge amount to open an acoount , how can one telecom service provider get a sum of 10000, which will be balanced for 500(at most, min. rental 300+200, data pack).
The customer service(CS) and store employees had a diifferent of opinions, CS says data pack will be unbilled, store people says no it will not be unbilled. More interesting is that you have to pay the call charge even if you want to complain, your seriousness will be responded very lightly like a silly issue and they will ask you to hold for some time, a back ground music will be there.
When I wanted to change my service provider, They said It will take three months and you have to run from one office to another. This is how customer is King.
Here the more important role to be played by govt. to have some policies to create competition among service providers so that consumer can get the max possible profit, But govts action have made them to collaborate among themselves so that they can do maximum cheating from the customer. An interseting thing is they used to send a SMS to send the feed back after a conversation with customer care. I have talked about 10 times within last two days , but they did not send a single SMS.

hi myself nitesh mishra.....anyone with 3 numbers is calling me and sending me messages which are of no use please i[censored] can send me details of this number on my email id....
all 3 numbers are of a same person i suspect ...
i think its name is badal kumar pandey..

so i[censored] can send me yhe details so that i can further go for police complain.

Vodafone — mentally harassed by vodafone

i had bought a vodafone connection on feb. 2008 no. [protected]. the suspend my services every month (without any reason). so pls chk this fast & reopen my services
This is a very urgent requirement for details of a vodafone number.The Number Details is [protected].A person from this number is giving miss calls to my fiance mobile number & harrashing her.When I called in that number the person is not picking the phone.I need immediately the details of the particular person who is owning the above number to take necessary steps against that particular person.

Iam Venkat. My Mob No: +[protected]. First I am mentally harashed by Vodafone Service. My Call to vodafone care is barred frequently. I don't know now what's the reason. And also i was charged 40rs. for shuffle song caller tune. Regarding, i spoke to customer care they agreed that problem with vodafone & they promised that money will be reverted back. But till the second it is not yet done. And again a made a call to vodafone care. They said there is no complaint was taken against this issue & One of the executive miss Shalini has made a record as, I was enquiring about ISD Call cahrges. This was happened on 09.11.2K8 . Is this the way a customer care will work. And i received msg stating whether i was satisfied with shalini's respond, I replied as no, & i received call from team leader ANITHA from C-sat team. She ensured that my issue will be resolved. It is also not yet done My aim is not to punish the executives. But they should work for what they paid. Right. So is There any to help me with all my issue.

This is in regards to the my Vodafone Number [protected] from Jaipur. The last payment was made in the Vodafone Office in Gaurav Towers, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.
A person named Satbir Singh Yadav has made a few calls in the last few days to my home and kept telling that I had made a fraud of Rs. 10500. He have his telephone number as [protected] and said that a legal notice has been served to me. He also gave his lawers name as Tarrun Abhimanyu, [protected].
The Receipt Number of the payment made was 10161719. The total amount has been cleared the same date.
The number of frantic calls has made my mother and father very worried and harassed. The point is after making a payment I am getting threating calls. The Bill Amount was Rs.1551 and they kept telling my parents that I made a fraud of Rs.10500. This is really ridiculous and needs to be dealt immediately.
Kindly Assist.

Vodafone — why are you Harassing customer ?

Please dont give any clarification as to technical issue if there is no technical problem while chargng money or deducting from existing balance.

I just recharged with Rs, 50 and it got converted in life time... So what does that mean of I need to take care of your message to remove LV ? What if I forgot to do so ? Whould you charge as per the tariff prescribed for LV ?

Now when I sent the message; delievered; got the confirmation asking me to wait till next confirmation till gets removed from LV then why am I getting following msg ?

"Pls send SMS to 144 CAN LV after 1 hour of your last rechage ? "

Does that mean that you want me to keep a track of 1 hour since i recharged last ?

Does that mean If I have to make calls then pay as per the tariff of your LV if applicable though I have a scheme of 40 paise and 60 paise respectively activated for 1 year ? Does not it mean to you ?

What is the meaning of this sort of harrasment for all these merely small extra charges ?

is this the value way to generate maximum revnue for the company ?

Enough of it !

Resolve your exploitating systems or else you will no longer have a customer like me who is even getting rechared with Rs. 50

If service provider switching serrvice is available for prepaid customers then I would rather prefer to replace by Airtel and sack your very good customer care services with such rubbish professionalism or else I shall leave the number switching to another supplier

Do not call me back to give an explaination.... Stop looting......

Vodafone — Mental Harassment by Vodafone

I am vodafone user last more than 3 year. Many time, I requested Vodafone to activate DND (Do Not Distrurb) service. but after some time I got some unwanted SMS and Call from vadafone customer care again and again. In these days, I got continue 6- 8 Call and 5-6 SMS every day. Vodafone using different different number to make a call. This is very Irritating to me.

This could be very harmful for me.

Please take a possible action again them.

i am a cosumer of vodafone since long we hv various connections of vodafone ,[protected]. [protected] [protected] , last month my son went to Russia for globle exchange programme hence , the number wsa not used that month , i went to vodafone store i nsector 35 chandigarh just to know , if any provision to waveoff the rent for particular period, i was asked to take cupon , then i waited 1hour , the girls there were attending the clients v slowly , after attending 1client they go inside and come after atleast 15 min and also misbehaved when asked why they are harassing the people, i really felt v bad, becoz my work suffered a lot and i had to prepare lunch also that time, it is my request to look into the matter , iwas highly disappointed and unsatisfied

Vodafone — MENTAL HARASSMENT

Dear Sir,
I took a vodafone number [protected] in june 2009. I submitted my id proof thrice, twice when i took the new sim and once more in july-2010 on their demand. Now again they torturing me to submit id proof other wise they are insisting me to deduct my all balance amount available in my mobile.After Every two month they want id proof without any cause and start deducting the balance. I requested them to give me any proof that i have submitted my document but they refused and told me not to go consumer court because it out of their scope and i have no proof.
So please tell me how can i get rid off these kind of problems.How can i cope up with this cyclic exploitation of this telecom agency.
