[Resolved] Vodafone — Harrashment from vodafone | |||
Dear Sir, I was a Vodafone Customer with postpaid connection no:[protected] I had requested for migration in prepaid. It was also successfully done they have given me a new SIM card with same no & promised to activate with in 7days but they fail to do so. Inspite of my several visits to vodafone store they fail to activate the Account. Frustrated by this I lost faith in the service of vodafone. Now on 04.04.2012 I received a letter from M. Srinivas Reddy 202, Satya Sai Apts, Advocates Srinivas Nagar (East), Sanjeev Reddy Nagar, Secunderabad500038 Saying that i need to pay 1964/-rs payment though they should have refund the amount which they received to activate my Prepaid Account. I request your guidance to take legal Action Against the vodafone for giving me inconvenience & mental Harassment.
