Dear Sir,
This is not at all a customer care, as I am talking about my Data usage plan which is 600 MB free and you are explaining about my credit limit is not exceeded. This is ridiculous.
You have started to intimate GPRS users about their data since 25th Sept 2012 and my billing falls before this date. Means you failed to intimate me about my data usage, which caused excess data usage. So intimating of extra data usage responsibility lies with you.
With this answer I will be going to stop your services.
Also would try to seek some legal help if I can get out of this. Thanks a lot for your help and all the best for such a bad services.

Hi,
I have two corporate Vodfone numbers as [protected] and [protected].
This is regarding the huge billing for no. [protected].
This is unfortunate that no one has intimated me that my data usage has gone beyond limit and will charge huge amount. My normal billing is around Rs. 300 to 400 Per month including data usage. But last month Bill is Rs.6733.
Can you imagine that its 20 times more that to just half MB extra usage which has never been informed.
As it not intimated to me about extra usage I would request you to waive off this extra charges.
If it?s not going to happen then I need to stop your service and should go to with other mobile service providers. Kindly do the needful.
