This is shahrukh memon here i had given my loop number to convert it to vodafone postpaid the executive of vodafone came took the document took the money and its been a month but the number is not yet ported.when i call vodafone they just say that you will get a call in 24hrs but nothing really happens.i even hav the reciept given by vodafone and the sim card the name of the executive who gave the connection is pooja waagle...

Rs. 35 were deducted from my Vodafone main balance saying that biscoot.com service has been activated.


Although I didn't apply for any such service, and I am not being able to contact the Vodafone Customer Care regarding this.

Recently i took a sim of vodafone. I made a recharge of rs .111. But, didn't got any recharge in return.So, i tried to call customer care executive. When i'm trying to call to vodafone customer care its in kannad language. So, i'm not able to understand.

Please change my customer care language to english and reply to me about the recharge details.

Hello,

vodafone has charged me against data usage while I had activated 98 rs pack on my number but thay send around 5000 bill against that data usage.
While I had confirmed twice with customer care and they said that you will get benifits on the said pack.

I have a blackberry device 8520 which i was earlier using with Vodafone service now i have change my service provider and i requested so many time in customer care of Vodafone to release my BB PIN from them so that i can use the same mobile to other service provider earlier they have given me service registration number [protected] and asked me to wait for one week then after one week i called and asked for same complaint...

I got registered DND second time on 10.9.2012 for all the commercialalls and messages. First I got DND registered long back but I don,t remember exact date. My mobile No is [protected]. Still I am getting these calls and messages. Pl look into it....

The worst network i ever used is Vodafone. My network disconnects every 15 mins nearly i have made around 15 times calls to customer care.

I am facing serious problem in getting the mobile network signal inside my home. I had to come out of my house to Open Area to get the signal. It caused inconveniences during night times and very risky for others.
