[Resolved]  Vodafone — No Network

Vodafone mobile service is horrible. I dont have enough signal inside my house. Initially, when i took the connection, i was iinformed that signal reception is good at my area (Lingampally). But the singnal strength is very poor and their customer service sucks. They dont provide proper time for addressing this issue.

Vodafone — No network in my area

I am staying in Hsr layout II sector, Parangipalaya. There is no proper network i have informed several times my complaint registration number is[protected]. Still now action haven't taken. Please make it as soon as possible.

ive had no signal for a whole day now,theres nothing wrong with my mobile, this is happening far to often now,at work i rarely get a signal at all,sort yourselfs out vodafone,im switching to o2,ive heard there really great.
ZERO network at work place at Mahul, Trombay. Complaining daily since almost a month now. No body seems to be bothered at all. To day, even they are disconnecting fone line saying can't hear your voice on [protected]. Is there NO body that such a complaint can be taken up ??

Really, Vodafone is having too bad network coverage and custmor care. I am staying in BTM Layout-1, 18TH MAIN. 7TH CROSS. I am new to bangalore, I needed a number, so I purchased vodafone pre-paid. But its network is too bad. Then I complaint abt it to customer care, they give me a service request number[protected]. They promised to resolve this problem within 15 days, but more than 35 days are gone, No solution till now. I thinking to switch to airtel. In life I will never suggest to buy a vodafone sim.
I started a scheme that pay Rs.25 and get 250 sms free, but now it is taking charge from my balance.

I stay on the 2nd Floor but hardly I get any network in my phone.Thinkng something may be wrong with my phone, I brought a new mobile but again faced the same problem.


There is no network at all in the phone if you are sitting in your room and just 1-2 points if you come out.

I wonder how do they give the ad of Hutch Network follows everywhere.

Rishi Puram Phase1 BHEL Barkheda Bhopal And i've also registered numerous complaints with vodafone but the reply i got is we cannot provide network there because of government area. . What the hell is this if all other companies can provide network why they can't provide. . Well my complaint number with vodafone was 577267. Plz do something about this . I've also recharged my number with a recharge of 99 whose validity is one month. And its wasting. . Thanking you. .

Vodafone — ZERO NETWORK

I'm a prepaid customer of vodafone since 3 yrs, from the day one am experiencing network issue, with which i lodged a complanit and stil the complaint status is pending i'm sick and tired escalating it, but no response till now not even a single "pug" has reached my home to enquire the issue. The customer care is one of the useless and handicaped service..." where u go our torture follows" would be a wright caption for the useless service provider "VODAFONE"...
Hi this is Shrenik Mehta, I have been a vodafone client since the company has started Mobile Phones in India. I have been facing no Network and have been complaining to the company for the last 1 and a half years and supposedly they are looking into the matter.

Any suggestions how to sue the company.

that the world' s so called biggest telecommunication service has new method to harrass custommer which is as follows that they provide services in office timming i.e 10;30 am to 4:30p.m.
they have own method of deducting extra call charges .Callcentre executive claims that this is problem of the hand set.

Well Done Vodadone lage - raho in cheating custommer.

Hi,
I have taken a new prepaid connection but when a insert the sim in my handset Nokia 1100 I am not getting any network. I went to your showroom regarding this, they have taken a complain on the same and asking me to wait for one and half as your technical people inform the same. I am surprised so long will it take to resolve the issue. What I have to do now? Shall I wait for your number or I should go for any other service provider.

My office recently gave me a Vodafone corporate account and considering I already have an Airtel number which I was not inclined to give up I bought a new phone…. Now that I carry both my phone along with me I was surprised by the bad service provided by Vodofone not only was the network bad ( my Vodafone is perpetually not reachable or even weirdly does not exist) but the calls when by luck gets through drops within a minute as tough it is auto timed! The zoozoo's do not seem to follow me let alone help me ... like the good old pug
Since from this morning Vodafone site is not working. I am trying to pay my vodafone bill due through online. Due to server down I am unable to login to the Vodafone website and pay my bill. I really felt very inconvineance with this.

i have network problam last 2months i was complaint to vodafone custcare but no responce from us side so request u that plz solved my network problam other i will complaint to your nodle officers.
i cannot call anyone not even to customer care of vodafone nor i can send messages or receive call
