[Resolved] Vodafone.in — Poor Vodafone Services | |||
Dear Vodafone, You people are providing a THIRD CLASS SERVICE to your CUSTOMERS. I have facing following problems from Vodafone either resolve or i will take this with consumer court : 1. Contact your customer care executive option not availble on toll free nos : 111, [protected] & 198. 2. If option available then phone disconnected by you every time. 3. Sending bill thru third class courier agency (Prince Courier) which not delivering bills to customer and mentioned courier delivered to the customers. 4. i have not received last two months neither e-bill nor hardcopy. 5. i have paid Rs. 330/- for change plan from prepaid to postpaid on 19/05/2010 but when enquired at your kandivali west, Raghuleela mall Vodafone store but customer care do not have records in system. (not available that payment receipt / records in PC). 6. I have till date after sending many times SMS to 111, not received code for e-bill and not yet received any email bills. 7. Vodafone head office Customer compliant manager - Ms. Rashana Nagorwala - never come on phone resolve above issue. You people are wasting time & money of customer. Vodafone — Poor Service Provider
I have been with Vodafone for almost 6 years down the line and I enjoyed the good service from them till the time 3G launched in India.Now the situation is the worst, my network problem has not been resolved from last 1.5 months and I am sick and tired of telling again and again to look into the matter.
whenever I call Vodafone complaint, I have to wait for almost 30 mins to get on line with the executive and again 15 mins for the verification if at all the calls get diverted to other departments.
If my network problem is not resolved in 4 days am gonna use this MNP and will switch my service provider to Airtel, Hope Airtel doesnt disappoint me

ago i called costumer care the man put my call on hold and no one recieved it for next 20 minutes .the name of costumer care executive was abhishek . i am from punjab . now we have to pay for any help from costumer . this is not right . we are your costumers if we have any problem in service we should be free to complain u . and i want to ask is there any responsible person in vodafone . last week caller tune service was activated by u without my knowledge . i called costumer care he said deactivate it now u will get ur balance back . next day when i didn,t get my balance back i called again . costumer care said " sorry sir u wont get balance back " i ask then why u people told me to deactivate it . then they got rude . when i started speaking rude and spoke truth they stoped my costumer care service . this is vodafone . stop charging for costumer care other vise i, my friends, and many other people who will read this on forum will stop using .vodafone . ...................................................................................⇄ stop this loot ....#$%
