[Resolved]  Vodafone — incorrect online information regarding bonus card

on the given vodafone recharge site i selected to recharge with the bonus card "Bonus Card 34" which grants:

"All calls (Loc+ STD) @ 40p/min for 14 days".

however at the completion of recharge i received an sms stating that i got special tariff of 40p/m for 14 days on only LOCAL calls.

i tried accessing 24x7 vodafone customer care on 198 but no service was available.

Vodafone — regarding online payment

hi,i m new user of this vodafone postpaid connection.Want to make online payment for my this connection,i m trying for so long to make the payment.Already have that user name and password but even then i m unable to access the account..
once i m login there at my vodafone it is showing that your user id is still incomplete please login after two hours..

Please give me fast response because want to activate my facilities..
This request is for IT DEPARTMENT....

Vodafone — Incorrect Info

Hi,

I had enquired with Vodafone Cust Care about conversion of my Mobile Billing from Post-paid to Pre-paid. At that time I was told that they have a sp lifetime offer whwre Vodafone to Vodafone is free, on checking the bill there is no such thing. I have held back the payment till I get a satisfactory answer.

I feel they did this onlt to stop me from converting to prepaid.

I have been with Orange/hutch/vodafone for last 6 years, it is sad that Vodafonre has no regard or respect for loyalty.

my name is jabir mukkammal ... i am using vodafone sim([protected]) card for past 3 years. on june 2th 2009 i got a message of free browsing service for bonus 95 with validity of one monthe. i done that bonus on same day. but after 5 days it being charged against my browsing . i called customer care. they are saying now u can use only up to 50mb after that it will be charged. but in that message nothing was mentioned and i didnt get information when i called them about this before my rechatge of 95.

My name is Manikandan... Im using vodafone for the past 4 years. They are not maintaining the system properly for Bonus recharges.

I am an Airtel user and want to make bill payment for my relatives( an old Couple, not tecnho savvy) but their help line is so pathetic that they cannot forward my call to the post paid deptt. as every time you call Cust care, it is their prepaid deptt. who answers your call. Neither can they give the direct number to call their post paid deptt.
For the callers other that vodafone customers, they don’t have the option to be in touch with postpaid Cust care...
And for making a payment online, their cust care was unable to guide me any further than the site www.vodafone.in that I can easily Google in few sec.
I don’t understand how long they can survive with this type of pathetic Cust care...

Vodafone — Incorrect information regarding the services

I have been a customer with Vodafone since last 9 yrs and it’s the first time I am facing this problem.



I took blackberry 249 plan in August 1st week and was not given complete information regarding the plan by the executive. When I received the bill for August, I found out that I have been charged for incoming mails as well ( Rs 1704) and this was not told to me by the Vodafone executive in the call.



My complaint is:



1. I have advised Vodafone to listen to that call where I got this plan activated but they have not done this till now. They should have the call recording with them and should listen and make judgment.

2. I am communicating to Vodafone since last 20 days and every time I get a reply from different complaints manager and I have also got same reply thrice. This means that they do not understand the concern properly and are not taking is seriously.

3. Vodafone has accepted in the mail that they ‘We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused due to misrepresented information provided to you, We assure you that the feedback regarding the same has been forwarded and we are ensuring necessary action to prevent recurrence of any such incidence.’ But still they are not correcting the bill.

4. I have right to correct information which was not the case here.

5. I have been mentally disturbed due to this issue since last 20 days now and moreover because Vodafone is not attempting to disconnect the connection.



Please log this complaint and try to get this sorted as soon as possible.
