[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone wrongly charged me for Internet usage | |||
I'm using a postpaid connection with no internet plan. I use wifi all the times. I've been wrongly charged around 200rs for internet usage as I've haven't used any GPRS internet on my mobile. I don't even own an android phone. My phone does not have any background internet process. I googled on vodafone complaints and i saw many users getting randomly charged for wrong internet usage. I've heard this for airtel and i can't believe vodafone has started charging users with random amount. This is serious un-professionalism. Apart from this, the vodafone customer care is a big joke. I made a complaint and i got a reply after 3 days in which they mention they called me thrice whereas, i never got a call from them. Secondly, the illeterates mentions in the email that, all phones when purchased comes with built-in internet settings. Are they even IT qualified ?
