[Resolved] Vodafone — INFERIOR SERVICES | |||
This complaint is regarding the number [protected], which is not been used since December. The Vodafone personnels tell us that the number is active and we receive the bills every month but we are unable to use the services as the sim does not work. I have called at the Vodafone helpline many a times but they did'nt do anything in this regard. They are very rude, they put the call on hold and never revert back. Every month i receive a bill of Rs. 250/- without using Vodafone services as the sim doesn't work. We never activated a caller tune but in our bill there are caller tune charges added up for Rs.30 which we never activated. In spite of our repeated calls to the Vodafone customer care at 111 our caller tune was also not deactivated. Please help me in this regard. These people with the tag "HAPPY TO HELP" are not ready to help the customers and they don't understand the grief of the customers.
