[Resolved] Vodafone — Internet connection not activated | |||
I brought a Vodafone NetCruise on the 3rd of May , a post paid connection. I was told that the connection will be activated within 48 hours. I brought the product from the Ghatkopar East gallery. The sales guy out there was so sweet, that he convinced me saying the connection will be activated well in time. But since 48hrs have passes by, I gave a call to customer care asking them what was my status and to my surprise the call center executive told me that my documents and number were yet to be punched form the gallery people side. This is highly irresponsible and careless behavior which is unacceptable. I am a marketing guy and always on the move. Firstly a plug and play device take 2 days to get activated and on top of that the officials have or show such disgrace while performing their duties. Is Vodafone all about just making the initial sales and then leaving the customer unhappy?
