[Resolved] Vodafone — Mobile Number Porting getting Delayed | |||
Dated: 28th February 2011 Dear Sir, I, Priya Chaku, staying in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, had opted for mobile number porting from vodafone to airtel on 16th February 2011 by submitting all the required documents including the passport as well as the CAS form. I have paid the retailer Rs.20 as well. I received a message on my vodafone number on the same day. 1. Hello! Your Unique Porting Code is VR198323. This code will be used as an reference during porting and will be valid till 21/02/2011 6:23:22 PM. On 22nd February I received 3 messages on my vodafone number again. 1. Hello! We have received your Porting Request VR198323 dated 22Feb11. We will validate your request and will revert on confirmation bby 96hrs TAT from the time we reveived the request from MCH 2. Request for porting your mobile number to airtel has been received and your application is in process. 3. Your request for Porting the [protected] to Airtel has been received. The airtel custumer executive told me that my new airtel sim has not been registered yet. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible as I have been eagerly waiting for my mobile service to get ported to airtel. Thank you.
