im tried recharging vodafone prepaid like around 50 times from day before yesterday till today using my international credit card and it keeps saying 'invalid authentication' ...and while calling customer care they ask me to try after sometime. Actually i dont get the meaning what they meant by that because i have been trying for 3 days now...and now while trying to talk to customer care executive dat line is also not working i guess...pls check...i have been trying both mshop also and even that says ' sorry we are unable to process your request'the sme reply.

I used my SBI debit card to do the transaction online from the vodafone online shop. It shows recharge successful. Immediately I get an sms indicating unable to process the request. So recharge failed. I called vodafone care. But they told me that there is no problem at their side. And check with my bank. But I use the same card to do recharge my brother's vodafone number. There is no problem with that. Then how it comes the problem from the side of bank. Any idea?

I think Problem is their system do not have way to accept Debit card PIN which has been made mandatory by RBI recently so when I tried debit card, payment is not working.

I am not able to recharge my prepaid mobile [protected]. I have been trying Paytm and mobikwik but vodofone is not accepting the online recharge. Kindly explain how to recharge Vodafone mobile. I am seriously thinking of switching to other operators.
