INABILITY TO PROVIDE SERVICES.
INABILITY TO DISCONNECT MY NUMBER INSPITE OF HAVING SENDING A EMAIL FROM REGISTERED EMAIL ID AND VISITING A VODAFONE STORE WITH WRITTEN DISCONNECTION LETTER.

Following is a brief of my communication with Vodafone Essar.

On 1st July 2010 i sent the following mail:--

I, XXX-XXX, having the Vodafone Post-Paid Connection Number: [protected] would request you to disconnect my number with immediate effect.

The reasons for the same are:

Lack of Network in my Area.
Have received numerous complaints from my Business Associates that they are unable to get through my number at home. After making numerous complaints with Vodafone there is no solution noticed to the above problem. FYI, other Mobile Networks have excellent coverage in the same area.

Lack of Customer Service
1)A recent conversation (30th June – 1552 hrs) with the Customer Care in which the call was led to a chain of Departments which passed on the complaint to another without being able to resolve the issue.

2)During a recent Visit to the Vodafone Store, Churchgate (01st July'10), i was given token number 122. Time i received the token: 1439hrs/ Time i received assistance: 1505hrs. The waiting period was very long and there were other clients also waiting next to me who were getting equally frustrated at the in-effeciency of the staff (Clients with Token Nbr 123, 127). I had come in person to discontinue the Postpaid connection. I was informed by Mr. Anurag (Vodafone Employee) that this is to be done by EMail where as the Customer Care which i had called had asked me to go to the nearest Vodafone Customer Service Stn. to discontinue the Postpaid service.

3) Your Vodafone Customer Care motto: "Happy to Help" does not serve its purpose. I realize it is used only as a marketing gimmick.

4) I wanted to handover the SIM Card (Vodafone Connection [protected]) to the Vodafone Centre but they have refused to accept. Mr. Anurag said.

I do not want to continue with any of your services (Postpaid or Prepaid) and hence once again i want to inform you to Discontinue with the Vodafone Connection: [protected].

On calling the Vodafone Care on 13th July 2010, i was told to resend the disconnection application from a Email ID containing my full name. I have done that as well.

Vodafone Essar should be fined for not providing customer satisfaction/ Not providing proper services.

    The Vodafone web site says: "For any queries on our products or services, call Vodafone Care on +91-[protected] from any phone or 111 from your Vodafone mobile phone anytime."

    I have purchase a new prepaid vodafone connection ([protected]) on 3rd July and submitted the Photo & Id proof to the dealer M/s. Pragati Communications, NAC, Manimajra. My outgoing services were discontiniued on 12th July'10.

    When contacted on [protected] from my airtel, they are not ready to listen and say, we will help only if you call from a Vodafone number.

    When my Vodafone outgoing service has been discontinued, how I can call from my Vodaphone number ??

    What an absurd customer care service !!!!!

    Is there anybody "Happy to help" ..........?

      we understand that Vodafone is a major Cellular company in india provides mobile services. We wish to bring in your kind notice that better connectivity of your mobile servies plays a key role to entrust in your product and sales, as it all depends on the mouth publicity from customer to others, so in this connection we are one of the prestigeous Resort called "Shilpi Resort" in udaipur which is adjacent to G.O.I. craftsmen village"Shilpgram"(major visiting points o[censored]daipur), where thousands of tourists visits everyday, and all of them are very disappointed that there is no connectivity of "Vodafone Cellular Services" and we do have a largest number of tourists visits from Gujarat in our Resort and also visits Shilpgram, We have also communicated with Udaipur office long time back with several reminders, but no action has been taken yet, thastwhy only the option to bring in your kind notice for the same as 1 disappointed customer means loosing 6 customers, so it is requested that kindly look into the matter and arrange to install the antenna in our locality to flourish the customer data base using your valuable services.

      We are optimistic and sure that you will definitely consider this enables you to increase the sales and satisfactory services to our Resort customers as well as tourists visits neighboring Shilpgram.

        i have activated caller tune facility in my connection. and I pay Rs. 30/month. and first what my callers hear is vodafone's advertisement. either they have to stop this or they have to pay me using my connection for their advertisement. i'm suffering this for past two years. i dont want my caller hear all these junks.

          Recieved a call from [protected] claiming to be from the legal dept of VODAFONE

          The caller started using worst language with bad words like MC & BC to make the payment of Rs1450

          I requested him to call on monday in the morning so i can give him the payment details .but still he is not ready to listen on the other hand using more worst language

          I requested him to calm down and explained him to call me on monday and get the payment details as this will be made first thing on monday morning .. he replied TERE BAAP KA NAUKAR HIUN KA??

          Such shocking words with abusive language used by VODAFONE legal dept..Cannot belive

          Please help me to file a LAW suit against VODAFONE
          as i luckly have the whole conversation recorded with me on mp3 format

            I have taken connection from dilshad garden on 27th june and till today it is not been activitated just bcos of incompetant verification officer and the customer care officers avaible there. Only false promse is been made. I spoke to Mr Rahul and for the last one week he is promising for activation by evening but his evening is yet to come. No body has visited my office--Honda siel cars india ltd for verification and they are saying that person had visited but no one by this is working which is a false statement. i working in this organisation for last 12 yrs.

            Vodafone — Not activating new connection

            Hi I am not welcomed at vodaphone,

            I have purchased new connection form your company showroom at madhuban Chock laxmi nagar in east delhi. and submitted all the papers and I have paid Rs.250/- vide receipt no 80054476 and given the sim no-[protected] and phone no [protected]. but I am waiting this sim to be activated till date.

            The painfull steps I have taken is being explained serial wise.

            1. Called number of times your useless customer care but nothing happened.
            2. submitted photo and indetity proof twice nothing happened.
            3. end nuber of requests made personally to the vodaphone company outlet but "ye Kute ki punch sedhi
            nahi Hui" still connection is not activated.
            Now I am trapped since no body is there in vodaphone to take decision they all are busy in making fool of the people with useless cutomer care.

            I dont know where to go.>>>.>>>>>

            Please see if I could get the value for my money.

              Dear Sir ,
              All foolish, How can I get the money back from my bank Vodaphone/SBI when it is already charged by your co-partner SBI BillDesk (your payment gateway) vide transaction reference number MSBI[protected]IG24362187 for mobile No [protected] (Vodaphone -Andhra Pradesh -Hyderabad ) ,when I recharfed on 5/7/2010 on morning between 10-11 AM. If the same is not your record than where it has gone ? your payment gateway BillDesk is also confirming cutting the same charge of Rs. 200 with above mentioned transaction ID.(I have statement-there it is showing the amount transferred through Bill desk) i don't know where is amount is going ,i asked customer care they told it is not showing any recharge or i asked SBI customer care they told within 48 hrs yr amount will be credit but now almost 4 days completed there is not happens anything. it is not a matter of 200 Rs. but of your working and response to your customer, totally unsatisfactory.

                  APPLICATION FOR RE-ACTIVATION OF PREPAID MOBILE SERVICE[protected]

                  I would like to share the mis happening faced by me from Vodafone prepaid services.

                  I was utilizing the postpaid connection of Vodafone since June 2009 and applied for conversion of post paid plan to prepaid connection on 15.05.2010 after paying all the outstanding due as on the application date and submitted the required documents as per the staff personnel, with a request to continue the same contact no. i.e.[protected].
                  The plan has been activated after 2 days and it was permanently closed/deactivated without my permission on 24.05.2010. The company had not informed me the reason of disconnection of the same, either by email, SMS or written letter. I would like to know, how the company has discontinued the services without sending the hard copy of intimation to the correspondence address?
                  I had consulted and activated the service from VASHI branch, Navi Mumbai and on the same day I personally met Mr. Washim (Branch In charge) for the same and signed all the documents as per the signature in the ID proof provided (Pan Card) which was acceptable by the branch and was signed as per the Pan Card signature proof. In fact Mr. Washim had consulted the back office operation team for some queries and after his confirmation he assured of service activated without any problem. Even than the connection has been permanently deactivated after a week without any intimation and now the branch persons are saying the number has been recycled and cannot be returned back. I need the justification for the same? I had contacted Mr. Vipul, Ms. Aarti and two more persons for solving this matter at Vashi branch.

                  At the mean time I was out of station from 17.05.2010 to 24.06.2010. Since 24.06.2010 I and one of my friend continuously approaching the branch but till date I did not have the number reactivated with remaining balances.

                  We had visited the Vashi Branch 4-5 days continuously since 24.6.2010 but are helpless to get the solution. No single person is having the solution for the same nor are they capable enough to solve the matter. In fact every person is saying they are forwarding the mails, but there are no satisfactory answers from their end.
                  I am suffering a lot because of this disconnection. I request you to look on to the matter. I remember there was balance left of around RS 120/- in my prepaid account. Which consist of following:

                  SIM Card Charge RS.29/-
                  Prepaid Voucher Rs.100/-
                  Additional recharge Voucher (from Delhi) Rs.100/-
                  Top up Voucher- to reduce tariff Rs. 61/-
                  _______________
                  Rs. 290/- + other if any
                  _______________

                  This is an unfair activity which the customer does not expect from the company. I request you to make activate my prepaid connection in the same number, without any paper formalities and without any charges to me with refund of my remaining balance as per your records.

                  Vodafone Prepaid Connection — Sub:. Permanent disconnection of Vodafone prepaid number .

                  I have changed my service provider from MTNL to Vodafone through Mobile
                  Number Portability option in the month of Feb.2011. I submitted all the
                  forms and documents and based on this, I received message to switch off my
                  mobile and put Vodafone SIM card and switch on the phone again. I did as
                  per the instruction and my number was successfully ported to Vodafone.
                  Later, I recharged my number and started using as a Vodafone customer.
                  After few days, my outgoing facility was blocked and I approached the
                  Vodafone store at Chembur, Mumbai and I was told that the outgoing has
                  been blocked since I have not submitted my documents. I again submitted
                  the fresh form with supporting documents and my connection restored based on the
                  newly submitted documents. Also, I received a message from Vodafone on
                  [protected] at 13:26:16 which states that “ Hi! Your Vodafone prepaid
                  enrollment form with supporting documents have been received & updated on
                  our systems. Thank you.”
                  Now again my incoming and outgoing facility stopped and in the mobile it is
                  showing “invalid SIM” instead of Vodafone. I contacted Vodafone and it was told that my SIM has been permanently blocked since I have not submitted my documents. It means I have lost my number.
                  I am now searching for answers for the following queries from Vodafone:
                  • How my number was ported from MTNL to Vodafone, If I have not
                  submitted the documents. It is not a new connection. In new connection,
                  the SIM will be purchased from local shop and Vodafone will not come to
                  know about the customer until, all the documents received. In MNP, only
                  after getting the clearance from Vodafone I can switch over.
                  • Why did Vodafone accept my application for MNP without verification of
                  documents?
                  • What happened to my documents which I have submitted alongwith MNP
                  application form?
                  • What happened to my second set of application form?
                  • Why did Vodafone send the message to me on[protected] saying that all the
                  documents received and updated on your system?
                  • How the MNP can be considered like a new connection?
                  • What happened to my balance amount with Vodafone?
                  I forwarded these queries to Nodal officer and Applet authority of Vodafone, Mumbai and even after several days I didn’t get any reply from both of them except an automated offer that my issue will be solved within 48 hrs.
                  Now I don’t know where to approach next to get my number back since I have given this number to many persons and to many offices. Please help me.

                    Your ir responsible team has still not called me up, inspite of me calling up the pathetic customer so called care center and inspite of speaking with a team leader hussain, no one has yet called me up. Hussain confirmed that he is sending a complaint again on tuesday 6th July 2010 and i will receive a call within 24 hours, but no one called me back as usual. Also on two instances the call was disconnected by the advisors as they were not able to answer the query appropriately. I would also like to make an official complaint about the advisors who are in efficient to handle complaint calls and who disconnected the line. Sajid was one of the advisors who disconnected the call - call disconnect time 16:55. Total time wasted with so called customer care 1 hour - and the issue is still pending.

                      fake lottery message
                      i received a call on my vodafone no. by Vodafone mobile lottery draw scheme
                      at 6:00 PM IST on 06 July 2010 stating that i had won 5 lakh Rupees. This is a fake call and the mobile service provider i.e Vodafone should be held responsible for such an act of fraud. and further the mobile numbers of the airtel customers should not be distributed like that. Strict action should be taken against this

                      Vodafone — getting vodafone lottery call

                      LOTTERY FRAUD
                      Vijay from vodaphone called from [protected], hesaid, you're one of 3000 winners of a random lucky draw by vodaphone have won 10 lacs of Rupees, and to call back at [protected] and speak to Mr.Rehan patel for details.

                      when I called, i was asked to call back after a while etc, and then the so called Mr.Rehan patel wanted Home address where 3-member vodaphone team would come to verify and hand over the cheque (ICICI Dilli branch!).

                      I hope my number is not with wrong hand.

                      Vodafone — fake calls for lottery

                      Yesterday morning ( Nov 5,2011),I got a call from [protected] but as it was early in the morning so I didn't pick because I was sleeping. As it was appeared as missed called in my cell so later on I called on that number and came to know below mentioned things

                      1.That guy was claiming himself as vodaphone representative and told me that I won Rs 25 lac as vodaphone lucky lottery.
                      2.He was asking my account details but I found him as fraud so i cut that call.

                      I spoke on 111 and lodged a verbal complaint on 111.I visited vodaphone gallery and lodged written complaint .further vodaphone representative told me that many more people are getting these types of calls across India but still my concern is not resolved.

                      My concerns is -

                      considering all above number of complaints , Government /Trai should take some serious action,after all its matter of social security. Cellular companies should be penalized for number sharing.

                        I have registered for the Do-Not-Disturb service of Vodafone and received a receipt email from Vodafone regarding the same on April 26th 2010. The receipt email says:

                        Hello Samir Bellare,

                        We understand your need for privacy and do our best to respect it. Your Do Not Disturb request has been received and is being acted upon. However, it may take around 45 days to register your request. In case you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us.

                        Despite this, I have been getting their sales calls. I also complained to them, I received a "service registration number" #[protected] through an SMS, after my call. The message also said: "We shall respond to your query by Saturday 26-Jun-10 04:34p.m."

                        Not only have they not responded, but they have also violated the 'Do-Not-Disturb' clause repeatedly, causing a lot of irritation.

                        I wish to change my number by discontinuing Vodafone's service soon, but would like to know how this forum or Vodafone can help me here.

                          You people are providing a THIRD CLASS SERVICE to your CUSTOMERS.

                          I have facing following problems from Vodafone either resolve or i will take this with consumer court :

                          1. Contact your customer care executive option not availble on toll free nos : 111, [protected] & 198.

                          2. If option available then phone disconnected by you every time.

                          3. Sending bill thru third class courier agency (Prince Courier) which not delivering bills to customer and mentioned courier delivered to the customers.

                          4. i have not received last two months neither e-bill nor hardcopy.

                          5. i have paid Rs. 330/- for change plan from prepaid to postpaid on 19/05/2010 but when enquired at your kandivali west, Raghuleela mall Vodafone store but customer care do not have records in system. (not available that payment receipt / records in PC).

                          6. I have till date after sending many times SMS to 111, not received code for e-bill and not yet received any email bills.

                          7. Vodafone head office Customer compliant manager - Ms. Rashana Nagorwala - never come on phone resolve above issue.

                          You people are wasting time & money of customer.

                          I am a Lawyer & going to case against Vodafone in the CONSUMER COURT / CIVIL COURT.

                          ago i called costumer care the man put my call on hold and no one recieved it for next 20 minutes .the name of costumer care executive was abhishek . i am from punjab . now we have to pay for any help from costumer . this is not right . we are your costumers if we have any problem in service we should be free to complain u . and i want to ask is there any responsible person in vodafone . last week caller tune service was activated by u without my knowledge . i called costumer care he said deactivate it now u will get ur balance back . next day when i didn,t get my balance back i called again . costumer care said " sorry sir u wont get balance back " i ask then why u people told me to deactivate it . then they got rude . when i started speaking rude and spoke truth they stoped my costumer care service . this is vodafone . stop charging for costumer care other vise i, my friends, and many other people who will read this on forum will stop using .vodafone . ................................................................................... stop this loot ....#$%

                          Vodafone — Poor Service Provider

                          I have been with Vodafone for almost 6 years down the line and I enjoyed the good service from them till the time 3G launched in India.
                          Now the situation is the worst, my network problem has not been resolved from last 1.5 months and I am sick and tired of telling again and again to look into the matter.
                          whenever I call Vodafone complaint, I have to wait for almost 30 mins to get on line with the executive and again 15 mins for the verification if at all the calls get diverted to other departments.

                          If my network problem is not resolved in 4 days am gonna use this MNP and will switch my service provider to Airtel, Hope Airtel doesnt disappoint me

                              I have been charged for Value Added Services which were activated without my permission for number [protected]
                              1. Caller tune for 33 months- 99 Rs.
                              2. Vodafone Re.1 Store- 5 Rs/day
                              3. ENGLISH SEEKHO WEEKLY PACK- 21 Rs.

                              I have immediately called on the complain No- 198 asked them to deactivate the service and refund the deducted money. Initially they agreed to refund for callertune activation and said that I will get refund 24 hrs, but I waited for more than 2 days and did not get a single rupee. Instead they activated 2 other value added services as mentioned above.

                              The complain no about the unauthorized callertune activation is- [protected]
                              Please request you to look into the matter and Refund the amount charged so far- Rs 135.

                                Vodafone India - Since the 3 months I have had their connection, it has been nothing but a headache. Lets hear the story (true story bro!)

                                1. New connection taken. Since I wanted to test the network coverage, I chose for the lowest possible initial recharge. So my balance is 20 odd Rs., and lo behold, Vodafone applies its smart brains and now they activate Missed Call Notification at the cost of Rs. 30 - my balance goes to negative and since the customer care calls cost .50 Rs per 3 min, I can't complain. So I get another recharge, call customer care. Firstly they refuse, and on a raised voice, put me on hold and drop the call.

                                To Vodafone's credit, an email to the Nodal officer got a refund within 24 hours. I think, they are not that bad after all!

                                2. Without any notification, my outgoing is barred. I call Vodafone Customer Care (I pay for this again, mind you) and am told that I need to submit my documents - this after I purchased the pre paid connection from Vodafone Store and not some 3rd party store!

                                I go to Vodafone Store again, seems like they have lost my documents - instead of apologizing, they choose to ask me to submit the documents again. This time, their ever "Happy to Help" rep. gets intimidated by my shouting and enables my out going with a request that I have to submit my documents, picture etc again or my services will again be stopped. Dejected, I comply - celebrating a minor victory, though.

                                3. I use the online recharge facility, recharge gets failed, the amount still gets deducted. I call customer care - they drop my call - I happen to check my bank account again - the amount is refunded automatically - a sigh of relief (if you can call it that!)

                                4. 1 month passes, everything is as smooth as it gets, then again I need to recharge online. Recharge succeeds, amount gets deducted from my bank. I wait for a call balance on my phone, nothing. I wait the stipulated 24 hours the customer care executive promises for the balance to materialize - nothing happens. I check the transaction id - MCIT[protected] - on their website - it says its invalid! This after I get a success message and email after the recharge (without any balance to my number).

                                Another trip to Vodafone Store (the place seems like a second home now - I even know every reps. name). I am told the amount will be deducted within 5 days - as is the case with all FAILED recharges. I insist that since the recharge was success, but no balance to the phone, he should register a complaint - I am promptly refused this right - policy being sacrosanct rather than customer satisfaction.

                                After 5 days, no refund to my account - finally the rep at Vodafone store registers the complaint. It has been 7 days since then - I have been visiting / calling the vodafone store - all they promise is some action from their head office but nothing materializes.

                                Oh, this time the email to the Nodal Office (the person is different - do they keep committing suicide?) results in an answer, the balance will be refunded within 5 days of FAILED recharge - this when it already has been more than a week since the day lady luck robbed me blind! Gosh, simple math skills look like non-existent in this e-age.

                                I am still not loosing hope, after all - social media is supposed to shift the power to consumers. Let this be a test case of how a public complaint against a corporation results in a swift or no action.

                                Vodafone — failure to refund

                                i had requested vodafone for an additional postpaid connection. the company representative visited my place and collected Rs. 500 as security deposit vide reciept no.7483 towards sim no. [protected]/ [protected] dated[protected]. subsequently i was informed that my verification has failed as my company name didnot match that given during my earlier connection. i asked for a refund for which i was asked to visit collection office in okhla. after multiple trips to collection office and vodafone stores the sim was collected back and refund promised. however the refund was never made.

                                  I have been wrongly charged Rs.8000 out of Rs.10000 total bill, for internet usage for my vodafone Mobile Phone - [protected].I have been requesting Vodafone people for past 3 months to give me the details of the sites visited to me so that I can check and make the payment if at all I have browsed the sites mentioned in the details.They have not provided me any thing and are unnecessarily harrasing me by threatening calls, it is causing a lot of mental stress. They have already blocked the services to my same number and the associated numbers also.They are also harrasing myknown people for the same number. I have visited their stores and written many mails but nothing has been done. I have still not recieved any detail till date. I have been telling them that untill I recieve the details I shall not be able to make the payment, as I am sure that my bill cannot be that much as in the past bills also it has never crossed Rs.1700.I am sure there is something wrong that has happened at their end. I have been using the same number for past 4 years and am facing a lot of problems due to disconnection as this is my official number. I have incurred heavy losses in business due to the disconnection of the number. They are now calling me on my new number also that too nonstop. I shall be gratefull to you If the matter is sorted out ASAP by your help, as it is causing a lot of mental trauma to me and my dear ones. also would like to inform that there was some Shweta who calls from [protected] was asking for a settlement at 30% on which when I said no, she started talking disrespectfully and she speaks only and is not ready to listen.I am attaching screenshots of my mails for your reference.                                   You can do two things now either pay the bill and forget or just dont pay anything. If you choose the second thing you have to be very firm as a series o[censored]nexpected events ill happen. But they all will take place to harass you and make you pay but nothing legally could be done to you. In case you recieve any letter just ignore it. There is no rule by indian govt on unsecured loans. But remember one thing in future your credit score will be effected ie through CIBIL. This answer is for everyone with same issue. Know your rights

                                    My internet problem was solved on 1st July after sitting fr 2 hrs in vodafone centre and today in the morning i had received a message that your Rs 21 recharge got deactivated. I don t knw what all is happening with your connection. I had recharged my account with

                                    Rs 299 on June5, 2010 and on June23- june 24 due to your network problem my balance start deducting and your customer care executives started telling me that might be i had used my 2GB data surfing. So i get a recharge of RS 21 twice after that then on June26, 2010, I got a recharge of RS 299 on beleiving your customer care that my data limit exceeded. It won t gt activated till July1, 2010. My IVR is also barred, due to your incompetent customer care executives, I fooled myself no. of times. Two days passed, again on july3, 2010 in the morning got a message that my RS21 recharge got deactivated. I m really pissed off from your connection n your service. I lost five rupees balance and now whenever i use my balance got deducted. So this is my last and final email to vodafone with a warning already i had lost 4 days of my usage n now balance. I am going to apply to consumer forum by Tuesday Morning by considering saturday n Sunday off.

                                    Hi Also had a similar non committal approach of handling my issue. I had to board a flight for a business trip to Bangalore and needed this connection on an urgent basis. When I turned up at the Noida sector 18 Vodafone store they quickly helped out with a smile and assured me the connection would be working in the evening and I can use it from there on. Too my suprise!!! I forgot at the time of sales they can promise you the world but you get nothing but lies a whole heap of lies. To my utter dismay on reaching Bangalore I called up Vodafone customer care service(reached local Bangalore support) who ever so politely passed the buck and asked me to call Delhi customer care. Too make me feel the worst ever in my life the Delhi customer care took me through the whole IVR to put me back in the loop and this happened the whole day. Thanks Vodafone to make your customer care a payable support good way to siphon of money from your clients. Though it will get you short term profits but you will definitely looses on the long term by loosing out on your client base. I guess bharti is more successful than you guys because they understand the pulse of their client base & that is having a fantastic after sales service which you guys lack and I really don’t want to swear but you definitely s**k on this aspect. If I go to a Vodafone store we have to take that number sit and sit for ages because out of the 7 or 8 counters(indirapuram Vodafone) your agents are out for lunch fair enough where is the back up or if you are downsizing close the branch for lunch at least do not make your clients sit. If Vodafone is for a short term outing in India you would be a hit otherwise I don’t give you more than 5 years the way your services have disintegrated in the last couple of months. And stop giving adds with animals in it all the time it make me go sick of you empty lies.I just want out of this connection and it still not working because even after me coming back I wanted to give you chance even after the purpose of taking this connection was defeated, but keeping up to the Vodafone tradition of taking the customer on a ride your local Vodafone verification officer mind you I was told the verification was to be done on the phone by you noida store officials as I was taking the connection in lieu of an already existing connection wanted me or some from my family to stay in on two different occasion I requested my father to stay back at home as I myself working in private firm cannot take off. This chap calls me every time after the time decided by me and him to say that no one is at home. What a rubbish service, what does Vodafone expects I pay them also to do my verification by taking day off. Give me a break folks I need out of this connection I have taken a photon connection now and what a service same day the connection started not like yours. Learn from their management model. A Really Dissatisfied Vodafone Customer([protected]). The day I get time I will surely take you guys out to the consumer court, I guess that’s what we need to do as a customer’s play our part right.
