[Resolved]  Vodafone — block my sim card

Vodafone — Misuse of my simcard

My mobile was theft by somebody. My mobile number was [protected]. This number is being misusing by the theft person from Dec20 2007. I have informed to Vodafone company in India, Chennai to block that number but they response me that the number is using by the person. So, we cant able to block that number. This is never expect from the company. Please take a necessary decision regarding this and block the given number.

Vodafone SIM Card — misuse of my mobile no.

I took the vodaphone pre-paid connection in 2007 and my mobile no. is [protected] and the validity of this no. is upto 2013. I had talk from this no. on 26.11.08 but on 29.11.08 this no. was allotted to somebody else as post paid no. to another person without my knowledge and consent. How it can be done and why? I am facing a lot of problems. I have already intimated to Vodaphone Store, Mahipal Pur and give a e-mail to mr. sameer katyal, Area Chief of East Zone on 2.12.08 but no necessary action was taken by the concerned authorities till the time. By this reason I feel too much disturbance and frustration and harrassment also. Please take the action immediately and start my same number.
