Vodafone — Misuse of Sim Card

Hi Team,


My services has been barred, and i came to knw via customer care that my bill raised to 10,000. I have not made any calls upto the level which make the bill goes upto 10,000.

Why my services barred at the time when the bill rasied to 10,000? If my credit limit is 2000 why don't you barred the services when the limit cross 2000.

I think there is a possibility that my sim card is used by someone else, i can't believe that my bill raised upto 10,000. Please give me details of my calls.

If you see my past record, my bill didn't extend the limit of 1000 for past 1 year and i didn't make any delay in payment. My credibility is good. I dont know what happened suddenly in a one day, my bill cross the limit of 2000 at goes upto 10000.

Vodafone SIM Card — No connectivity of internet

Since 3-4 days I unable to get internate connection to my laptop from the post paid connection no.[protected]. In the last month same thing has been happened.This is very painful and harassment and disturbing my daily routine work and job. Kindly rectify the mistake at your end at the earliest.
