Vodafone — bitter experience with vodafone | |||
hi , today i had a bad experience with your vodafone. i have a tariff which gives me 150 local and national sms free daily. but during night time after 12 am for every msg yo people are charging gor all the messages. i didnt check till what time you charged for sms 's. I checked with the customer care executive, he mentioned that there is some technical problem . if there is some problem from your side why the hell customer should get effected because of this.
