I could just completely agree with you that the service provider has staff who really does not know how to treat their customers.
"However, the behavior of the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They do not hesitate to threaten the customers." - This is really true to the core.
The so called professionals are just a way to cheat customers.They do think they are capable of talking anything to us and in no way their thinking is wrong.One can't complain about it to the senior authorities of Vodafone or they may not be reachable through the Vodafone Customer Care numbers and they will not be MADE AVAILABLE rather.
I personally have experienced troubles with Vodafone billing though I do most of my payment on the day I receive my bill and however well within the time limit.I never get the treatment I deserve.On one side it's also our mistake to handle situations badly and we do need to know how to confront our problems.It's the duty of every customer too, to be much aware of all the evil effects of these devils before stepping in for their products or services.
I strongly agree with you of the above mentioned and I really hope and wish that any of the authorities should come to know about all the ill-happenings of Vodafone Customers.

Vodafone — NO RESPONSE OF VODAFONE MANAGEMENT ON EXCESS INVOICES RAISED
I have been using the 2 mobile numbers from the past 3 & half years of Vodafone & paid all the invoices in time. The renewal of plan got due in the month of May,10. Somebody visited from Vodfone at my residence to get it renewed & arranged a talk with some senior manager. Upon discussing with customer care they had been given me to understand they did not send anybody. Instead of renewing the same plan or disconnecting the services, they started charging 250/month against charges by default which continued till I was told to visit Vodafone Shoppe for renewal/change of plan.Even I got the call from Mr Sudeep Negi for the resolution of the probelm which resultant in barring the services of both the numbers.
Requested them to check at their front whereas the problem with one connection has lead to barring of other connection also.
I hereby request you to take suitable action against these types of service providers.
