i'm a out station customer for vodafone i applied for a new sim-card in kolkata i bought sim from a very irresponsible out in bansdroni called k.k. telcom after hectic 6 days they activated my sim ...that was ok for me..but after 2 days i got sms from vodafone that my document is faulty so i resubmitted my document but after for days my sim has not active i recharged it i payed for the sim but i got nothing..what should i do when i ask that outlet owner he say vodafone, s service is very bad what can i do?...is there anything i can do?? plz help

Vodafone — Unethical billing procedure

Hi,
This complaint is with regard to the billing procedure & the credit limit provided by the Vodafone to it's consumers.
I have taken a add-on pack of 20000sms local & national on a monthly charge of Rs.199 , 0.10p call for a particular number under Friens & Family Package & a Rs 39 add-on which provides 100 minutes free every month.
Inspite of paying for all these add-ons , Vodafone is showing the normal tariffs in my unbilled outstanding bills which has a limit of Rs2500. So after every 1week my credit limit exceeds the provided limit of Rs2500 on unbilled outstanding as a result of which they discontinue my outgoing calls & sms'es.
Although the billed amount is much less than theRs2500.
I require a solution for this as it is no point that I have been fully charged for a discounted service inspite of paying for it & bear all the problems.

Kindly look into the matter.

my name sanjay kumar my no [protected]. last month 12.2.2010 i got complain that my transfer in other state. so please disconnect my no.but customer care & vodafone store person say that 48 hours yours connection is disconnect. but this time it not disconnect i have three time complain in costomer care but he no any action.i have paid the bill.and he says that your security not return.
