Vodafone — sim migration post to pre
Hi,I am Nishant Kapoor from West Delhi. I requested for sim migration 10 days back at Vodafone Store, Rajouri Garden. I have been promised that my postpaid sim will get converted into a prepaid within 72 working hours but it is still not activated. I am calling them since last week but I have not got any appropriate response. Now I am facing inconvenience as it is impacting my business as well.
Request you to kindly take action against them asap.

Vodafone — Money deducted without your permission
Hi, Iam Srinivas. My number is [protected]. Iam the vodafone customer since 2005. It means withe the hutch service. I had problem since 4 months. I faced it before 2-3 months. and last night it repeated. I didnot added any value added services .but it had activated. when i called customer care about it no response. They are saying call [protected] and when i call it they are saying 111. When i call 111, they are saying call 198. When i call 198 they again said call [protected]. From the above 3 numbers i did not corect information and late night they had disconnected for not connecting to customer care. Today morning it means on[protected], they had activated a cller tune and sent my balance to minus balance. Whats it. Any my phone is not connecting to cuatomer care. How can i proceed. When iam caling form oother vodafone cell about my problem they are saying what you can do or they are discoonecting the call. What to do?Pls help me about this.

I got a message from vodafone saying ' kare unlimited downloading bilkul free sirf aaj aapke liye.turant click kare .'and there was a link and else nothing was given.when i clicked the link and after sometime an amount of rs 100 has been deducted from my account and apart from this i am a registered user of vodafone.

Dear Sir,I have a pre-paid Mobile Connection No. [protected] of Vodafone. Though there was more than 100 Rupees balance in the phone but suddenly it has compe to minus 41 rupees.
