Vodafone — Vulgar Call Coming From Lucknow number
Me and my wife staying in Bangalore. Today on 27th Feb 2009 near about 10PM a wrong number came from a number [protected] to my wife's mobile. So she cut it telling its wrong number. Then after 5 mins again call came from the same number and one person started talking vulgar. So she cut the phone. Again after that 4-5 times call came from same number and she was picking and disconnecting the phone without listening anytthing(as per my instruction to her, so that atleast that 's money will be waisted). Then I searched that number starting digit in internet and came to know its a vodafone number from Uttar Pradesh state. As I am also a Vodafone post paid customer here in Bangalore, immediately I called Customer care and asked about the area from where that number belogs to. I got that its from Lucknow. More details they were unable to give as its out of there policy & I agree to that. But they told that I can go ahead and place an FIR against that number & I'll do so. But also I want vodafone to take strict action against that . daily i receive unnecessary calls from the no.[protected] and [protected] which irritates me. please stop calling. i am a working woman and spending time just like that. i have not interest in listening to your schemes.

unfortunately one thriukural service was activated in my cell phnoe No. [protected] (vodafone prepaid) by my son on 14.01.2009 and deducted Rs.30/- I was contact customer care several times for deactivation of this service from my phone and stop the subscription. but no use, your's message reply is unable to process you request for deactivation only. without my confirmation deducted Rs.30/- for one month subscription on 16/2/2009 also.once again I request you that deactivate thirukural service in my cell phone no.[protected] (prepaid sim)
