[Resolved]  Vodafone — Mobile no. not release for port out

Dear Vodafone Customer Care,



I Mr. Pankaj Sharma is enuser of Vodafone postpaid conections. At present I am using 2 connections ( [protected] from last 4 & half year and [protected] from last 9 months ). Recently i also taken one more connection (3G data card service of vodafone [protected])but I am really disappointed and being harrased with your data card services.After purchase i have two times visited in gallery but your executive behave rudly & not ready to taken any complaint.i am facing Very Bad Exp in Your customer care.

I ensure you that I will switch all my connection to Reliance Communicatios and also the services being used by my family members & My friends.

Kindly Note that we using more than 100 nos of Vodafone in My group,so i ensure that all nos will also switch to Reliance Communictions.we also Create Porting Request for all nos.

Still I am Not getting Any Reply from Your End..so I want Port Out from Vodafone & also submit all documents in Loop Mobile But i got Reject Msg from Your End. When i Visited In Vashi Gallery for Enquiry of Rejection Reason they informed me :

Me: Maine Loop Me Documents Submit Kiya tha but Aapke Yahan se Rejection SMS Aya hai.kaya hai..
Vodafone Executive:Sir Apka Corporate paln hai kaya...
Nahi.
Vodafone Executive:Aapko koi Discount Mila Hai kaya..

Me: Yes. Mujhe 6 mahine Ke liye 100 rs. ka discount diya gaya tha..

Vodafone Executive: Sir.. Pahale vo Aur Sara bill Clear karna padega.to aap ja sakate hain.

I have Recorded Above Mention Conversation ...& After Gallery Visit i called in call center they also told me its may be possible but give me 24 hour time for reconfirmation but still i am not getting call from your end....

Dear Vodafone If Porting is Not Possible Please Terminate my Connection & I will Not pay My data card Bill for the month of Feb 2011.

Even I am facing the same problem with vodafone...
I have send made complaints and requests at 198 and everytime the give you an out call but still after that if you try to port out you get a message saying its under contractual obligation..
I am planning to make a formal complaint to the nodal officer regarding this ...
