[Resolved] Vodafone — misleading Rs 399 plan blackberry | |||
Hello i have updated rs 399 plan of blackberry on my bb. I recharged my phone on 10th of may. Rs 399 got deducted from my balance for BB services but i am not able to use the services. Inspite of calling customer care again and again , they are not addressing the problem and delaying it. Its been 4 days i am not able to use the bb services and i have suffered a lot of business loss because of that. These guys deduct charges for 30 days but provide services for 15 days only. I have asked them to transfer my call to management or some senior, but no 1 is willing to do that. these customer care officials knw only to fool customers. they deduct charges and provide no services. Moreover they never call a customer , rather they drop a message that your number is unreachable, please call us back. This is height of fooling a customer. Thanks for this reply. I would appreciate i[censored] can take some action on this. Because i dont think vodafone has technical team which can solve these issues. Who will compensate me for my business loss.?????????????
