Sir, I have two mobile connection of Vodafone no.is [protected] and [protected]. Which have the advance rental plan of Rs.699/- each for the both no.was disconneted From 5th.Sep'10.I request them so many time for the detail bill for [protected],which they are not provided to me till date .although they ask for the payment of Rs. 2122/- but i already paid the billing amount against my no [protected] this plan they called advance rental 298. Vodafone — disconnection of advance rental service
hii have complained about my fone[protected] that though i have paid advance rental for one year, the great happy to help people were more than happy to disconnect my advance rental connection and though i posted a complaint almost 6 months back to their customer care centre, till now no action.
further more, i posted a complaint on this almost 3 days back, nobody is happy to help from vodafone.
i urge them to remove the tag, happy to help !! instead they can say happy to get money and unhappy to help !
this best suits them.soon i will change to another network like airtel or reliance and i will not stop complaining about this till somebody from vodafone really bothers to help me.
